I am not the OP of the previous thread but we are nearly at 1000 posts and there's been some very good discussion on there.

He did go on, but they could have had some empathy for someone in an unusual situation, knowing they were on TV and that everything would be shown. They are meant to ge ' trained from birth' They were rude.

You're right, there's even a video just of Kate, Camilla, Charles, William, Beatrice, and Eugenie either smirking, laughing or giving a bit of side eye. In the clip Zara just looks like an extremely uncomfortable heavily pregnant woman.

The queen managed to not laugh, they really could have emulated her instead of being graceless.

Aren't most businesses limited companies?

Were your daughter and partner on TV being broadcast to millions across the world? Are they part of a family who are trained to supposedly show good breeding when in the public eye?

Might I raise an ecumenical matter? I understood that while she attended a Catholic school, and was brought up as Episcopalian by her father, Meghan was baptised into the Church of England in the month of March before her wedding to Harry. She was indeed both baptised and confirmed into the CofE by the Archbishop of Canterbury in St George’s Chapel, Windsor.

I further read that the choir, preacher and music were organised largely by Charles.

Why was the very senior Episcopalian preacher brought over from the US, if Meghan was no longer a member of that denomination? Is this something Meghan had specifically requested? I did watch the whole thing and thought that in the final couple of minutes of the preacher’s exhortation, even H&M were starting to look a bit uncomfortable / stunned.

No, but in any case, the point is that it was run as a partnership for many years, making inexplicable amounts of money. Partnerships are not subject to the scrutiny of Limited Companies but they have unlimited liability. They are not allowed to turn into limited liability companies if they are in financial difficulties yet Party Pieces became a LTD and went from a business that was so healthy the profits sent 3 children to Marlborough, to bankrupcy in 2 years. The Middletons managed to protect their own wealth while their creditors weren't paid.

I believe Charles requested it because he wanted to celebrate Meghan’s American roots with a high profile Anglican priest from the US.

I thought the sermon was wonderful but it was very very surprising. Not just the delivery but the content made me exclaim out loud because I couldn’t believe he went there.

I think it would have been very hard not to react at all in person when you are very used to the staid and very safe delivery of the regular C of E preachers.

The Palace need to be externally investigated over their staffing and employment practices. They are employing peoole who roll over and do their dirty work with either no choice, no idea on what is legal or who are so in thrall to the RF they will just do what they say. If this is all going on without the knowledge of those in charge then what are they doing? This is all Palace staff not recording visitors, sending emails to a convicted sex offender, sending confidential documents to God knows who. They must just blindly follow orders. Why? It must go higher up.

The problem is just where would you start?
New and even more damaging revelations are being disclosed on a more or less daily basis. They range from the palace to government to Epstein to the Met and much, much more.
Who approved Epstein using highly secure airfields? Who approved goodness knows who, unseen and not screened for security etc, into Buckingham Palace, Balmoral, White Lodge etc?

There must hundreds of people involved over god knows how many years but certainly back to his days in the Navy when girls were allegedly smuggled on board. HTF could that be allowed?

I know, and I dont think The Palace can control it, but really, its all their fault for employing so many yes men and women. The palaces are crawling with staff, yet no one is accountable it seems. Parliament also needs to he held accountable. Vince Cable sacked AMW from the TE role. What did he know that was so bad that he was able to sack The Queens son with no comeback? Who allowed it before that? Why have politicians refused to discuss the RF? The people in charge of the Palace ( I know it was ultimately TLQ but she was simulttaneously a lovely old granny who didnt know what was going on and needed to be protected and the perfectly capable Head of State of 8 countries) What have the Met been doing? So many questions. It really does shine a very poor light on our institutions. Its not 'politicians or the RF.' The RF are at the head of the Establishment and part of the Parliamentary system. They have all shown themselves up to be corrupt and self serving. No wonder the country is in such a mess.

Sarah has already released memoirs and done redemption tours after her divorce and then after being caught drunkenly offering access to Andrew for 500,000.

I think it's very much a case of watch this space as more and more details will come to light. The dam is going to burst well and truly open soon it's inevitable now.

Yes, there’s another 2 million documents in the Epstein Files yet to be released, for starters. Some will be duplicates, but some will be quite revealing and significant, I would imagine. Or what the newspapers call ‘explosive’ and ‘damning’.

Also the Trade Envoy documents. They are starting to be leaked now anyway, and more and more coming out about other things Andy did- some involving Chinese spies and the Rowlands. That's all on us.
