And you can not convince me that both William and Charles do not know what is still to come regarding Andrew and Epstein and trade envoy stuff - they should be getting ahead of this stuff.

I read (maybe heard it from Lownie) that Charles knew some of what was to come last year, it wasn't a surprise. And as time got closer he had to just push Andrew to do a midnight flit.
I have said before... the Palace are reactive not proactive. They don't think ahead how something might look if they do it. They are complacent. They do whatever it is, then cope with the fallout. It's pathetic, the Palace officials just do fire fighting. They don't plan. I have thought this time and time again with their bloops, missteps, and downright stupidity

In relation to W there was a Daily Mail headline earlier in the week ‘The night Charles and William’ tore down the House of York. Let’s not pretend that KC3 is making any of the decisions around AMW off his own bat.

Honestly I am generally quite sympathetic towards William and he did brief earlier this week about thinking about the victims but that isn't enough. Obviously Charles should do more more but William suffers a lot with perceptions about his lack of workload. And you can not convince me that both William and Charles do not know what is still to come regarding Andrew and Epstein and trade envoy stuff - they should be getting ahead of this stuff.

If he does make a statement next week and is out and about I will eat my words but past experience shows we don't ever see William or Catherine during their children's extensive school holidays. I know how long those holidays are as have dc in similar schools.

It is interesting as well that my fairly innocuous comment received such pushback - I can see how the pro RF posters get such an interesting reputation on these boards.

The Buck stops with Charles the king , if we are to believe what authors and writers are saying, William wanted more decisive action but was not in the position to make that decision, likewise we hear that Charles wanted to stop Andrew from the trade envoy but wasn’t listened to by the queen.
all this could be rubbish but as a hierarchical system is most likely.
I wouldn’t expect William to make an announcement while in Saudi as it would be perceived as rude to his hosts , I imagine he is now back and possibly being advised as to what the actual situation is and what to do next , whether he makes a statement will depend on whether it is something the king and advisers will agree on.

Sorry if already posted but this is jaw dropping stuff.

anyone else feeling like they (edit - the royal family) hope it will all just go away and we will stop asking questions on this?

edit - this also doesn’t make it to mainstream media - let’s ask why….

Can I ask what this is ? I don’t like to click on random YouTube videos without knowing first.

It’s a podcast called the The New Culture Forum and an interview with Andrew Lownie (the historian who wrote the book entitled). He’s been “on the money” so far with the book and other things he has exposed about Andrew.

the interview above is 47 mins and goes into detail about Andrew Sarah and the Princess - Eugene and Beatrice’ behaviours.

he also says he has had recent death threats and has had to increase his own home security.

Absolutely shocking times we are living through

Mandelson is being investigated for that and so should Andrew. It’s so disgustingly unfair that he gets away with it because of him being part of this atrocious “Royal” family. Others have gone to jail for less.
I wonder if there will mysteriously be nothing to see here on Mandleson in order to keep AMW out of jail? You cant jail one person and let the other one swan on by apparently 'in exile' in a 5 bedroom mansion with a fleet of staff for doing the same thing, but seemingly many times over, to a range of dodgy characters. But OTOH you cant have the Kings brother being jailed for treason.

I said on this board last October that IMO this is why the ‘Chinese spy case’ failed.

If it hadn’t mysteriously failed, then Andrew would have been in the shit for allegedly similar behaviour.

So it failed.

Of course events have overtaken even this huge scandal. And I hope a lot of people get locked up all due to all of the wrongdoing, and that Gordon Brown keeps on going.

And the support they [royal family] have received from successive governments in protecting them is what I just can’t fathom. The sycophancy and the bowing and scraping like many PPs have said is probably it but why??!!

Sycophancy for honours, @NoDrums - sycophancy for bloody gongs.

And gongs mean prizes.

Has anyone seen this? , I think it’s a terrible idea , he needs to stay here and be prosecuted, if he goes to the us either he won’t return or his friend trump will protect him!

Yes just read it. He won’t be saved by anyone. He can testify before Congress and still be prosecuted here in the UK.

I might be wrong but didn’t we hear that they never actually paid the full amount owed to the person they bought it from?
I am sure I read somewhere that the vendor was very upset about it .🤔

Oh yeah. The complicated (and likely interconnected) series of events between 2014 and 2022 involved Prince Andrew, Sarah, Beatrice and Eugenie, Isabelle de Rouvre, Pitch@Palace, and a Turkish businessman, Selman Turk, all revolving around unpaid debts and alleged fraudulent payments.

Haven't caught up as yet but while I knew of Banque Havilland and MW's private off-piste meetings with the Rowlands while officially on TE detail, Wiki makes interesting reading.

Fines for breaches of money laundering regs, British subsidiary shut down by UK regulators and finally the European Central Bank withdrawing its operating licence.

What else was the royal wide boy involved in on our dime?

That story is bizarre all round! The person who gave the money to AMW thought it was in order to secure a passport, which is illegal anyway- why would AMW be able to arrange a passport for £750k unless she wanted him to bribe officials? I don't think the main problem is that it was then given to Princess Beatrice! It sounds like AMW and this Salman Turk character had promised that they could secure a passport for the payment of £750k. The present to Beatrice' sounds like some kind of scam to hide the bribery and park the money in her account. Not the first time Bea has been used by her father to cover up his shady dealings. Wasn't she the guest at the infamous Pizza Express party in Woking?

Interestingly, a former Royal Protection Officer for 6 years, has contacted Thames Valley Police about all the women bypassing security and coming into the Palaces for Andrew
Even when QE2 was in residence. A complete security nightmare surely. Anything could have happened.

Interestingly again protection officers reacting to a suspected prowler in E2's personal quarters found ex-prince Charmless and were told something along the lines of 'It's my fucking house I'll go where I please'.

I'd also add Selman Turk was found to be living in a CE owned Mayfair flat with no evidence of rent being paid.

Yes - about her threats to write a tell-all about the RF in order to make money which she claims she needs. She might as well go to Andrew Lownie and do a data dump and let him write it! If such a book does come out, I do think the RF will be done for.

AnnunciataM · 13/02/2026 21:34

She may well feel that she's got nothing left to lose by writing it!
