Sarah Ferguson - just as bad as Andrew?

TheHaplessWit · 31/01/2026 18:26

So whilst Epstein was serving house arrest following his conviction for sex trafficking young girls, Fergie sent him messages - from the BBC:

Some emails in the latest release appear to be between Epstein and Sarah Ferguson, Andrew's ex-wife.
One email dated 4 April 2009, was signed "Love, Sarah, The red Head.!!"
It says that she was going to be in Palm Beach and wanted to have tea. The email goes on to discuss ideas for Ferguson's company, Mother's Army. The former Duchess of York refers to Epstein as "My dear spectacular and special friend Jeffrey".
She calls him a "legend" and says "I am so proud of you".
The financier was still under house arrest for his 2008 conviction when the email exchange was sent.

Ignoring the money she took and questionable business arrangements, ignoring Andrews behaviour even (that's in another thread). How can any woman, who knows this man is trafficking young girls, act like this?

Please tell me she no longers receives any sort of public funding/housing from the tax payer?

💯 as bad as Andrew. She may not have personally had sex with any trafficked girls but she knowingly wholeheartedly endorsed the men who did.

weegielass · 01/02/2026 10:31

Personally I don't think Andrew and Sarah are guilty of anything except stupidity. They've always been idiots though so nothing new or surprising there.
I don't think Andrew is a pedophile or sex offender. Yes he may like shagging around but that in itself isn't criminal or anything we didn't already know.
Not saying Epstein wasn't awful but that doesn't mean everyone he associated with was awful too.

Crikeyalmighty · 01/02/2026 10:37

Spectacularly unclassy untalented woman who used the RF brand to keep up appearances even after divorce. Problem is she got used to the high life and liked the cash and power and hence was more than happy to suck up to anyone who could drop her a bob or two

Coffeeishot · 01/02/2026 10:39

Having sex with underage or trafficked women is not "stupidity" partying with provided women is not "stupidity" being beholden to a man for money and connections is not "stupidity".

Viviennemary · 01/02/2026 10:41

She is a user and a sponger. I used to feel just a little bit sorry for her left out of the family. But she really is pretty dreadful.

NewAgeNewMe · 01/02/2026 10:42

I cannot begin to fathom what sort of a mother, talks about her daughters, in such a way, to Epstein.

PrizedPickledPopcorn · 31/01/2026 19:02

I may be misremembering, maybe what I read was longer ago. I’m not saying it was ok, far from it. I’m just wondering whether it will at the time have seemed to his friends as though he was being targeted for political reasons and hadn’t done anything they thought was that awful. It isn’t the circles I move in, but it must have seemed a reasonable thing to do at the time.

He is a convicted pedophile. However even if you were unaware of those allegations any decent person would shun human trafficking. And it doesn’t matter whether it’s reported in the UK or not because it’s about basic values not optics.

ThePoshUns · 01/02/2026 10:44

AmazingGraced · 01/02/2026 09:21

Imagine talking about your daughter like that!

I can’t even begin to contemplate it. Complete moral vacuum.

Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain · 01/02/2026 10:47

She’s only got herself to blame. Has always done questionable things like the toe sucking incident. Her books are rubbish too.

I do think Andrew slept with at least one of the underage girls. He will never admit it though. More will come out shortly I’m guessing. How much of it will implicate Trump I don’t know.

Lemonaided · 01/02/2026 10:57

pimplebum · 01/02/2026 07:58

I was defending Andrew right up to recently

it’s not mental gymnastics it was based on the facts that we knew at the time

for me ( at the beginning, not now). I felt sorry for Andrew and how it was all affecting him ( poor lamb) I saw him as some over privileged twit who slept with some young ladies who were in his vicinity who seemed to want to sleep with him . As someone who has had EVERYONE fawn and fall over themselves to suck up to him his whole life he would not have had the mental wherewithal to to cop on and realise these women were trafficked girls

ive always been a fan of fergie so I’m gutted she is up to eyeballs in this shit as well

both can fuck iff and die in a hovel now as far as I’m concerned

This is brave of you to admit.

But I really do think it’s the nub of the problem. Some people think people like Andrew and Sarah are better than other people (including Sarah and Andrew) and they believe that there other people who are “less than” so it’s acceptable that they are treated like rubbish.

If you really believe they are just “silly girls” why would you want to have sex with them? No decent man would.

She's awful, just disgusting.

What has shocked/surprised me is the out and out arse licking OTT way both she and many of the other (eg. Mandelson) wrote to him...so weird.

This 💯
Odious people.

TheAutumnCrow · 01/02/2026 11:20

Of course Andrew and Sarah knew from the early days that Epstein was a sex trafficker and prolific user and abuser of young girls.

Why else would Sarah have given the statement of apology in early 2011 (that so infuriated Epstein): “I personally, on behalf of myself, deeply regret that Jeffrey Epstein became involved in any way with me,” she said. “I abhor paedophilia and any sexual abuse of children and know that this was a gigantic error of judgment on my behalf. I am just so contrite I cannot say.”

Because they were not the type of girls her girls socialised with. They were/are lesser beings there for service / entertainment / to be thrown away.

This.

🤮

sashh · 01/02/2026 11:44

The whole thing is horrific. I am wondering when the penny will drop in the minds of Beatrice and Eugenie, who are raising young children. Perhaps it already has.

Andrew has recently been photographed with Beatrice teaching Siena to ride.

You still have the same problem that most of us are 'lesser beings' so no it won't occur to them because their children will never be in the same situation.

Not saying Epstein wasn't awful but that doesn't mean everyone he associated with was awful too.

I am doubtful and not going to be complicit in minimising the gravity of the recent picture of him straddling what looks like a child. That does not look like a full grown woman to me, the hands are tiny. That looks like at best, a young teen.

He's been alleged by Virginia Giuffre to have had an orgy with young girls who couldn't speak English.

I've had an unsheltered childhood and from my experience I am extremely EXTREMELY doubtful that a man can knowingly and consistently enjoy the company of a paedophile and not share their proclivities. At best (and only if he retained some honour and awareness of the danger of being found out) he would have chosen girls as close to the barely acceptable age as possible.

So I think Andrew at least to be guilty of more than stupidity.

I've even flipped in my view of Sarah since my previous post this morning after reading that she referred to her daughter as being off to a 'shagging weekend'. People who are around perverts or think constantly about sex, start referring to sex in inappropriate contexts and in casual conversation. They can't help it.

Sarah clearly either knew Epstein's proclivities and is attempting to appeal to it, or...it's so endemic to her persona it's nothing to her to mention aspects of her daughter's sex life to business acquaintances....or both.

TheAutumnCrow · 01/02/2026 11:55

So, Mr Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, what first attracted you to the sick-in-the-head boundary-free zone that is Ms Sarah Ferguson?

TightlyLacedCorset · 01/02/2026 11:56

Mercurysinretrograde · 01/02/2026 06:39

Maybe her next book can be “Budgie on Fire”. I think she saw a good looking, very wealthy man (and in her deluded mind a potential husband) and was genuinely comfortable to overlook all the sleaze and horrific trafficking of young women of which she was fully aware, because she is primarily driven by money. She believes she is entitled to a certain lifestyle and will stop at nothing to achieve it. Her avarice came out clearly in Andrew Lonnie’s book.

I nearly choked on my tea! 😄 It's made with bloody expensive coconut substitute milk too!

Their sexual chemistry?😒

tokennamechange · 01/02/2026 12:15

No.
Sucking up to someone despicable, the full extent of whose behaviour she may/may not have known (although I fully believe she knew enough) isn't "as bad" as having sex with trafficked, possibly underage girls. Obviously.

She's still reprehensible. But how can you suggest it's the same?

CuriousKangaroo · 01/02/2026 12:17

She’s disgusting. But she’s not “as bad” as a man who sexually exploits vulnerable young women.

dottiedodah · 01/02/2026 12:19

I dont think she is as bad no ,she hasnt procured young women to a fantasy Island to be raped ! However she isnt squeaky clean either. She reminds me of one of those wives who have "no idea" their husbands were on the fiddle ,and seem to think their big house and smart car dropped from the sky! She was popular when she married PA .They looked like a smart young couple back then. She had a wealthy upbringing and never had to work out in the nasty real world.Shes a grifter and money driven ,She ran up huge debts as well

Wisperley · 01/02/2026 12:19

What happened to the London townhouse she bought recently?

BeardofHagrid · 01/02/2026 12:27

She’s been bloody awful since at least the early 90s. The RF should learn to deal decisively with problematic members. Stop foisting them on the public for decades. I’m quite happy to go for a Republic at this point.

tara66 · 01/02/2026 12:29

Re Andrew - just seen in Telegraph he was trying to arrange Billion$$ loans from Gaddafi's Libya to UAE after the 2006 financial crash and actually went to Libya 3 times - meeting Gaddafi to discuss - and also friends with son Saif! Did Queen know?? Did UK government know?? Also tried to drum up investment to reconstruct Afghanistan, consulting Epstein about it. I suppose he expected commission ££.
