It seems that Sunshine Sacks has deployed the B-team.

Dragging this story back into the light is all downside for M's current tradwife brand position, however much it is upside for the Kardashians.

Meghan is probably insulted that anyone would suggest she needs shapewear!

Kim and Chloe also mention earlier in that podcast that there was a gatecrasher. Speculation is that this refers to Meghan due to having the same outfit on from her earlier event with Serena Williams. Serena had changed and Harry had changed his jacket from
the earlier event, and he’s good friends with Chris Jenner’s boyfriend.

Harry was wearing a poppy. There’s no way they “forgot” it was Remembrance Sunday, which is the same weekend every year. They had just done a remembrance event in Canada. You’d think the occasion of remembrance would be weighing heavy in his heart as a veteran. The photos looked bad, both morally and actually - he looked wasted and letchy, she looked dowdy.

Yes. That was a load of baloney from the Kartrashians!

Hard to believe they are reduced to having the Kardashians try to justify their blunders, Meghan,looked awful and Harry looked like the village idiot, that’s why the photos were taken down.

They were taken down because Harry was clearly off his face and obviously letching over Chris’s cleavage.

They probably already work for KK so killing two birds, one stone, double fees.

They were perfectly happy to go to a party over the Remembrance weekend. Just realised the photos didn't make them look good. It's always about the optics with these two.

That’s very embarrassing for KK to expose that they didn’t want to be “seen” partying on remembrance weekend. That must be the real excuse H&M used as it would be very odd for KK to come up with that.

It’s very exposing by KK tho as shows H&M to be very disingenuous - happy to party but not be seen to party. Backfired.

Wonder if this is another person she has pissed off with her behaviours? Did she crash it? Ridiculous, overstepping, disruptive demands around removing photos from an insignificant/uninvited guest?

Skims does have a lot of boring beige and off-white items which might fit Meghan's aesthetic. Although I think she'd stick to loungewear for the moment, rather than being photographed in her bra and pants.

I think they probably did want people to know they were at the party because it gave them social capital - everyone who is anyone in that circle were there. However, when the pictures came out, the Sussexes realised they made them look awful, and made a big, self important hoo hah about having them pulled. In the podcast, Kim K says they only put the tame pictures out - there were some wild ones and I wonder if she said that as a subtle warning - that there may well be even more embarrassing pictures of H&M in their hands.

Just to add, apparently JayZ and Beyoncé were at this bash, but slipped in and out without any photos being taken. They don’t need to be “seen” by the public at a party because they are bona fide stars and don’t need to take social capital from this sort of event. The Sussexes, on the other hand, do.

Really?! Bloody hell, the published photographs were bad enough - pissed up Harry with his performative poppy, alarming threadbare skull and glazed-eye staring, and Meg flecked with what looks like random lumps of white dust on her crimplene-adjacent outfit, crackling static as she walked past.

Fascinating couple, anthropologically. Claude Lévi-Strauss would have had a field day (geddit???!!) with analytic observations of the conflicting symbols and behaviours embedded in the ‘manners and customs’ of these celebrity liminals. They subvert themselves.

I would not be surprised. H himself wrote about his drugged state of mind at Courtney Cox's house (including conversations with a toilet) so he would have been in no condition to realise whether or not he was photographed or recorded on video by other party attendees.

I highly doubt that Courtney Cox's party was the only party at which H used drugs as drugs are widely used by many in Hollywood/entertainment circles...

Thanks @bluegreygreen, it’s quite sad seeing it laid out like that, he seems to be on a mission to self destruct.

She is usually very pro Harry. Interesting that she is finally seeing what a lot of people have seen for years.

I’ve noticed a change of tone in the Times podcast too. @MrsLeonFarrell. I can’t tell if it’s just Harry or whether the whole royal beat is getting to her.

I might give it a listen. I got fed up with the tone. I'm not against criticism where it is warranted but it was so pro Harry and anti the rest of the royals I felt it was unfair.

Basically saying what a hypocrite he is but then we knew that.

I wonder if she is reacting to Harry throwing a bunch of journalists under the bus in his most recent testimony.

Yes, apparently being a loyal press friend to harry doesn't count for anything when he is having a tantrum!
I doubt he can tell one journalist from another he just isn't interested in anyone but himself.

Harry’s a bridge-burner, which is fine if he intends to stride forth away from it all, but he still expects others to rebuild those bridges and welcome him back over.

And Harry will lie, deny, cry. Shout and pout. Fail and wail. I think he’s actually crackers.

I definitely came away from the NF documentary thinking they both had mental health issues but H more than M. Paranoia and blaming others is one of the signs of poor mental health. I learned that when my ds was suffering from poor mental health.

Rumour has it that the Times (and the Sun) have done a deal with Tom Bower to serialise his next book on the Sussexes.
