So Meghan lost her fathers number but is ringing round hospitals and will send a handwritten note, as per Sussex sources speaking through the Sun, the Telegraph and the Times.

I mean I have no idea, how it works with PR for very famous people, but surely there are scenarios they prep for?

Her dad is in his 80s, severely obese and has suffered ill health for years. You would think, there would be protocol in what to do should the worst happen.

That would include having up to date contact info. This isn’t something Meg would need to have/get involved with if she’s estranged, but surely ‘The Office of the DDOS’ would. Then engage in their set plan- whether that’s a public statement that this is a private affair or that contact has been made through the proper channels.

Whatever this is, it isn’t professional-it’s complete chaos.

This is why Liam will invariably fail.

It has been six years of attacking the Wales family, directly and by proxy, with particular malevolent vitriol directed towards Catherine.

The PR strategy of attacking the Wales family has not improved H&M's standing one iota. Their PR accusations led to a closer scrutiny of the Wales family which ironically led to more and more people arriving at the conclusion that there was no there...there. And has led to the Wales family gaining fans for their composure in face of orchestrated PR attacks.

By doubling-down, tripling-down and quadrupling-down on a failed strategy, Liam is accelerating H&M's brand collapse...when IMHO, this is the last roll of the dice. The next generation is starting to pull headlines and no amount of "waaaaagghhh" from 40-somethings can compete with a new generation of teens and twenty-somethings.

It's even more obvious on other sites. TT especially - full of the usual SS rehashing the vile rumours about W&C (especially Catherine). They are getting less and ess traction but it's still very unpleasant to see.

Apparently the Wales’ nanny has been awarded a New Year Honour, The Royal Victoria medal in silver in recognition of her years of service to the family.
Their driver has also received a the same honour.
A testament to excellent, appreciative employers whose employees stay with them for years, mutual loyalty benefiting all parties.

I haven’t linked as it’s a fan account that popped up in my instagram, there are a lot of photos I haven’t seen before, I wonder if they were papped and published overseas? Maria looks cross and George looks anxious in one of them. So important for those children to have a loving and reliable person backing up their parents.

Going back to whether Harry can bring down the monarchy for a moment. If Andrew hasn't with all his egregious behaviour and the cack handed way the revelations were responded to, I very much doubt Harry can.

In general I find the public to be pretty good judges of character, which is why none of the Catherine stuff gained traction. We don't know her of course but what we see just doesn't line up with the nasty stuff said about her. In the same way I can believe William has a temper but don't believe some of the nasty stuff said about him.

A well deserved award for their lovely nanny, such a refreshing change from how some of them were treated in the party.

Well that poster was saying what a fo they were for using unknown words a d making mistakes...don't you find that ironic that the poster berating them for doing theb does the exact same thing? I mean its kinda funny lol

I suppose if I made a statement a what a fool it is if people make typos and then go on to do so then your comment would been right but as I haven't then meh I made a few typos so what we all .ake mistakes doesn't make us all fools though does it

I'm having déjà vu here.

Yeah the Sandringham church walk thread has suddenly exploded with anti-Wales concern trolling in the last 24 hours from 4-5 pages to about 13.

Funny how that happened 4 days after Christmas at the same time that the sacking of Archewell's senior leadership was announced - distraction methinks.

It's such a bizarre way of thinking ! 😂

MummyJ12 · 31/12/2025 10:31

I agree @MrsLeonFarrell . I also think that Harry and his wife have done the monarchy a huge favour by leaving, given the revelations that have and are coming out. Dodgy charity accounts, stealing clothes and their other shenanigans. They would have been much more a liability if they had have stayed on as working royals.

I shouldn't have to tell anyone but since you are seemingly mocking me for making some typos as are others I don't seem to have any other option.

I have , especially as a child severe dyslexia buf have found ways to not let it impact me as ive got older. Predictive text helps but sometimes there will stil be typos in my messages.

Maybe consider that not everyone has the ability to ensure their messages are perfect before mocking them.

I have some experience in the area of dyslexia and have to say I have not seen it present in quite this way before but that said, it's a wide scope.
Your posts just read very much as if you are posting in a rush or on the hoof, possibly on public transport or something 🤷‍♀️

As you say its a wide scope its different for everyone, why are you then insinuating I am lying? Shame on you in that case. 😕 as if having to put up with all the other comments isn't bad enough ever since Ive had it.

Im at home on my sofa actually. Not sure why you feel the need to be speculating about me.

Always remembering that the family actually know them and we don't, this is why I've sometimes wondered about Harry's insistence that they were stitched up at the "Sandringham Summit", @MummyJ12

If they had a better view on what was likely coming, it may be that just for once Harry was telling the truth

I’m not insinuating or speculating.
You have put two and two together and come up with five.

I am rather surprised though, given what you have said, why you would want to draw attention to another poster’s typo as you did earlier upthread - odd.

Interesting thought puzzled !
im not sure though, the rf do like to keep family members and their shenanigans under wraps and close to the chest?🤔
if rumours are to be believed ( and after the rumours of Andrew and Fergie that have circulated for years ,show) , there is quite a bit more and worse to surface, hopefully the truth will out more quickly this time.

Well then surely you of all people should have thought before mocking another poster over a typo then.

Did you see what that poster said? They were mocking Meghan for using words that are unknown and making mistakes with words and calling her a fool for it. Yet in saying that they too then made a mistake with a word that would be unknown and made a mistake.

So I simply askeb them well you mock meghan but just did the very thing you are mocking her for so does that also make you a fool?

I was not mocking someone randomly. Unlike you who mocked me for making a few mistakes in my spellings when there is no reason to. * *

Puzzledandpissedoff · 31/12/2025 13:15

A very fair point, @jeffgoldblum, though if it had become clear that Harry was losing any vestige of self control despite all the efforts of the "suits" it's possible they thought jettisoning him the lesser evil?

After all they did it before with Edward in 1936, and nobody cared much about him either once he'd gone

You don’t seem to see the irony or hypocrisy in these statements.
you cannot on one hand use a posters typo to ridicule them to defend Meghan on one hand then complain when your own typos are pointed out! 🤷‍♀️
and I would further add that on here we routinely ignore the typos from posters of either side but on this occasion you crossed a line.

Very true !
I still believe ( possibly naively) that the late queen and Charles really did love and look after Harry but perhaps you are right , his behaviour may have become too much to reign in for the “men in grey “ .
the subsequent behaviour shows that they certainly had their work cut out for them!

I don’t think anyone is mocking you randomly. They are calling you a hypocrite specifically: for calling another poster a fool over their words, then claiming that you are immune to similar criticism and demanding sympathy and consideration. The same consideration you did not afford the other poster.
