So Meghan lost her fathers number but is ringing round hospitals and will send a handwritten note, as per Sussex sources speaking through the Sun, the Telegraph and the Times.

I mean I have no idea, how it works with PR for very famous people, but surely there are scenarios they prep for?

Her dad is in his 80s, severely obese and has suffered ill health for years. You would think, there would be protocol in what to do should the worst happen.

That would include having up to date contact info. This isn’t something Meg would need to have/get involved with if she’s estranged, but surely ‘The Office of the DDOS’ would. Then engage in their set plan- whether that’s a public statement that this is a private affair or that contact has been made through the proper channels.

Whatever this is, it isn’t professional-it’s complete chaos.

He can try. But even he must surely be aware that William will be far less inclined to soft soap him, or give him any money, than Charles as his dad has been. So an all out attack should really only be undertaken if he's confident he won't be asking for any financial help ever again. I don't think they're in that position.

Why is there a big deal.over a post being deleted? Mine was? So? Someone reported it, the ad.in of the site must of agreed it broke guidelines and deleted it.

Yeah the Sandringham church walk thread has suddenly exploded with anti-Wales concern trolling in the last 24 hours from 4-5 pages to about 13.

It has been six years of attacking the Wales family, directly and by proxy, with particular malevolent vitriol directed towards Catherine.

The PR strategy of attacking the Wales family has not improved H&M's standing one iota. Their PR accusations led to a closer scrutiny of the Wales family which ironically led to more and more people arriving at the conclusion that there was no there...there. And has led to the Wales family gaining fans for their composure in face of orchestrated PR attacks.

By doubling-down, tripling-down and quadrupling-down on a failed strategy, Liam is accelerating H&M's brand collapse...when IMHO, this is the last roll of the dice. The next generation is starting to pull headlines and no amount of "waaaaagghhh" from 40-somethings can compete with a new generation of teens and twenty-somethings.

Thing is though, with my jam spread fixation on this thread, we have found that the jam company already had a deal with Netflix, who were also working with the Sussexes.

So it's looking like she did not launch a company at scale. Everything was already there. All she had to was sign the dotted, do a vid on her love of jam spread etc, and the wheels and cogs kept spinning as before, just with an added label.

It's not as if she was out leasing a factory, recruiting jam spread makers, getting bank loans to buy equipment, auditing raspberry growers, negotiating prices on jars, blah blah.

Effectively, less effort and risk than becoming an Amway agent.

Funny enough, last week or so I was looking up the Clinton foundation, to compare with Archiewell. Chealsea has a Doctorate. She has a fair number of degrees, and teaches at Columbia. AND she finds the time to be a Clinton foundation VP. Written lots of books etc, and as far as I am aware, has never been in the news re PR staff.

I agree some of that thread is now bandwagoning rather than reflecting the discussion of issues in eg The Telegraph.

There is certainly a discussion to be had. I hope it happens fairly for the most part.

However the ‘bulking out’ of that thread and indeed the Royal Family board with the whole selection box of critical comments about William & Catherine is getting a bit obvious now.

It’s as though the tactic is, throw everything at it and see if anything sticks. Now where have we seen that before ..? 🤔
