Ferguson Tell-all?

Seen a few reports being bandied around that Ferguson is considering lucrative offers for a sit-down and allegedly panicking BP in the process :

What do we think?

Negotiating tactic to maximise her take from the takedown or genuine desire to put her side of the story?

Personally I think it's a shot across the bows of the palace indicating she's not prepared to go quietly without guarantees of a substantial feathering of her nest.

I aso think whatever they might do for her now she'll do an interview anyway at some point when she's frittered away her resources as per and needs the cash.

Yes
"Tea with Princess Beatrice of York" in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and I think it was as the Palace were issuing statements about Daddy

IDontHateRainbows · 28/11/2025 13:24

I find Sarah Ferguson fascinating in a car crash way. If she wants to cash in, plenty of people including me, happy to pay for her to humiliate herself/ sell her soul in an autobio.

The woman has no shame!

Yes, if only the Royals would get with it and half-inch their clothes from fashion shoots. That's the ethical way to source your pieces.

Not fully up to speed on the truth or otherwise of the gear nicking story but while it would of course be reprehensible it doesn't stop other royals lacking integrity.

Surely the King and POW made it very clear their titles will be dependent upon their own and their parents good behavior.

You would have thought so. But up pops Beatrice at an afternoon tea in Saudi Arabia a few weeks ago.

Yes. And then, after we’d all read about the afternoon tea, she was appointed Deputy Patron of Outward Bound by Charles, wasn’t she?

actually I thought that was a bit before time. But he did say he didn't want the sins of the father etc . If it were me , and it wasn't , I'd have let a bit more water go under the bridge before doing this.

But , in case anyone is any doubt I am not the King 😂

MannersAreAll · 03/12/2025 17:10

I think they announced her as Deputy Patron when they did because they'd already announced her time as a trustee was done and they'd be announcing her new role soon.

If they'd announced Edward as patron and said nothing about Beatrice the assumption would have been she was being dropped, perhaps even that Edward was replacing her.

Yes, Outward Bound had said when her term as Trustee came to an end in September that she would be taking up a new role with them.

it's not entirely clear to me what role KC3 has in that.

I do think Beatrice is being unwise not to accept the proffered help of assistance to make sure everything is above board - and the afternoon tea with full titles was definitely a mis-step.

CathyorClaire · 23/11/2025 12:11

She will always need want more money.

Yes.

That's why I think she will attempt to prise as much as she can out of the palace now while keeping her 'bombshells' up her sleeve for further prising down the line or if that fails for an all-out dirty laundry sale to the highest bidder.

I think that the family have leverage via her daughters - if she steps out of line they could go down with her!

deeahgwitch · 04/12/2025 14:55

I agree with you @Possiblyfamousthat the family have leverage- if SF steps out of line, her daughters go down with her.

Would the royal family be so vicious about their own just to silence a former ex?

jeffgoldblum · 04/12/2025 23:50

You seriously think the York daughters should be able to step into their parents grift now they have been exposed and punished?
really? 🙄

No Jeff ( if your post is directed to me).

That is not what I wrote. And it’s not what I think.

She opens her mouth, daughters lose their titles

Omg I didn’t know that - I assumed it had changed for Anne too

No, it wasn't retrospective.

I think the Firm is as ruthless as any business and will do what’s necessary to protect itself, although I think in this case the threat would be enough. Lots of cans of worms already opening (peppercorn rents) stemming from the Yorks - the institution can’t afford any more transparency demands I think!

CathyorClaire · 05/12/2025 21:04

She opens her mouth, daughters lose their titles

Ferg and her multiple past mis-steps would seem to suggest she doesn't have the capacity to correlate action with consequence.

She'll follow the money IMO.

I think the Firm is as ruthless as any business and will do what’s necessary to protect itself

I agree.

We now have both the precedent and the parliamentary means to ex-royal royals who step out of line.

The daughter (Bea?) who is currently refusing to fall into the accountability line is treading a dangerous path IMO.

I haven’t much time for Beatrice anyway @CathyorClaire
There was a fiancée ( hazy whether ex or not, depended on which side you asked ) and young child involved when she got together with her now husband.

TripleDeckerTerf · 06/12/2025 01:54

Sarah Ferguson can’t write her way out of these venal messes now. It’s too late for that. And I agree that Beatrice is treading a foolish path.

What is Bea doing?

It has been covered throughout this thread in great detail even with links

Mylovelygreendress · 07/12/2025 08:51

I think Beatrice is very foolish not to accept KC’s offer of an aide to “ oversee” activities.

Grifting.

TwotierChristmas · 07/12/2025 09:51

I'm not keen on her at all ,she has behaved time and time again in a totally deplorable way eg fake sheikh , Epstein etc however ...she's the mum of two royal Princess who has been sidelined throughout their lives. I think some of the treatment has been cruel for a mum

I don't think she owes them anything.
