Negotiating tactic to maximise her take from the takedown or genuine desire to put her side of the story?

Personally I think it's a shot across the bows of the palace indicating she's not prepared to go quietly without guarantees of a substantial feathering of her nest.

I aso think whatever they might do for her now she'll do an interview anyway at some point when she's frittered away her resources as per and needs the cash.

Honestly, I think OW had such a bad fallout from that, literally the crappy mist interview ever, no questioning, just allowing a lie fest for the whole programme - appalling interviewing! They’d never sit in front of a neutral, yet accomplished interviewer - only yes people

Giving in to blackmail is never a good idea.

I think they should tell her to go ahead and do her worst - get everything out in the open at once and deal with it. Otherwise they'll be dealing with rumours of further releases for years, even if there's nothing really there.

Many years ago I liked Sarah, she was a breath of fresh air into the stuffy RF. Unfortunately, she's shown herself up to be only interested in feathering her own nest and getting her hands on as much money as possible. She's not fussy where the money comes from, just as long as she can continue the lifestyle she's been used too.The only thing that may make Sarah think, is her daughters. They are still part of the RF, and are invited to gatherings. By agreeing to an interview, it would likely destroy her daughter's in the process. It remains to be seen if her daughter's mean more to Sarah, than money!! Unfortunately, money is a powerful persuasion, and she has little willpower.

Isn't it funny, I never really took to Sarah. I didn't dislike her, I just didn't like her either!
I found her on the balcony on her wedding day manipulating the crowd with her pretending not to hear the royalists shouting for them to kiss... really yuk.

Well SF's had a good run at living off the RF ( by name or free accommodation. ) If a big interview is her final shot at a big cheque - so be it. I just cannot believe it would be more than tittle tattle , unless she is prepared to throw AMW under the bus because she must know more about the JE thing . I don't reckon even she would do this because it would make her look worse. However if I were the US committee , I'd be asking her to appear as well , given JE had her on speed dial (my paraphrase ) . Well , quite @ItsDarkNow - I think bother B&E would do well to pipe down now themselves and try to disassociate themselves from their parents' adventures in getting money.

Maybe Uncle Charles needs to point out a few salient facts to them.

The problem is that most people don’t follow things that closely, they have grasped what the parents have been up to now but the daughters have mostly stayed under the radar and are viewed as youngsters the same as Harry is ( yes we know they are adults) Charles and William will be accused of being bullies and taking revenge!
their actions need to be investigated and made public before the rf can take action.

I think it's reached the point where the RF can think 'publish and be damned'. There would be overwhelming public support for a post-interview statement along the lines of 'Ms Ferguson has benefited greatly from the generosity of the institution she briefly represented but recent events make clear the reasons why we have now severed all association with her.'

Agreed and I think this is why the daughters are 'in' for now.

They will however be watched like hawks for any slip-ups which makes it very ill advised of whichever one it is (Bea?) to refuse to comply with requests made of her.

Yes , I think they are being watched closely to see whether they keep their noses clean or succumb towards their obvious lack of self awareness and attempt to keep using the titles and position to make money.
hopefully the media will disclose anything publicly.

I was reading that both KC and W offered sides to ensure that their activities were ethical ( think that was the word used) and they refused .
Strikes me that they are taking over the Middle East “ business” .

Yes I agree. The RF won't be disclosing anything so it's up to the media to keep tabs on them.

But why then, did days after it all imploded, Beatrice hold an event 'Afternoon Tea with Princess Beatrice of York' with oligarchs and whoever in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Everyone expected her to pull out of the event, but no. The family have brass neck extending down to their daughters who are picking up where Andrew left off.
The Palace wants to OK all their events, they are (allegedly) resisting. I just don't know why they persist given they have little children, rich husbands, a life to be envied. They could do charitable works for the rest of their lives and not be financially affected.

I think they will just carry on regardless. And as usual, the Palace will be weak and do nothing.

I buy whichever washing capsules and dishwasher tablets are on offer - they are so expensive.
