From my understanding it's a terrible watery jam, a runny jam, a failed jam, an almost jam that never graduated jam school, a jam gone so wrong that only she says is a good jam.
In fact, it's such a failed jam that it's not sold as jam. They call it a spread.
But because she is such a good business woman, she knows exactly how to deal with such a disastrous situation.
Just ask the OEM jam factory to make a few hundred jars.
That way she can say " Sold out, it's so good and jammy, that nobody can buy it".
Yup, her jam sells out. That's how good she is.
