I think he was in his early twenties then wasn't he. A time when everyone makes a tit of themselves so is more easily forgivable as it's a rite of passage. Less so in one's sixties.

I agree with this. No whining or complaining, just learning a lesson and moving on. I admire Sophie's work promoting support for women and children victims of sexual violence. The women she recently spoke to in the DRC had very harrowing experiences. It needed to be highlighted.

I've just started reading 'entitled' and they are awful people. The recent channel 4/The times documentary/investigations also showed how money grabbing the whole RF are as an institution. The whole monarchy needs to modernised, trimmed and financially far more transparent.

And there was a house in Sunninghill, sold to a Kazakh biz person, and the chalet in Verbier worth millions, also sold, not without legal issues of its own.

Charles seems to be tidying things up ready for William’s reign, which given he is still undergoing cancer treatment suggests it could be sooner than expected. Perhaps the general family belief was that, once monarch, William will forcibly remove the titles, which would impact Beatrice and Eugenie, and it was preferred this way.
