My first is that being at Windsor might make it easier to host a foreign leader. Which then begs the question as to whether in the modern age we really need Buckingham Palace. None of the royals like living there and I bet you'd make a fortune hiring it out for events and tourists.

Whilst i find Catherine's coat dresses a little boring it makes sense to have a sort of uniform.

Apparently there are several serving stations around the room each manned by 4 staff including a wine waiter so the whole thing is seamless . It makes my mind boggle but having attended Royal Garden parties I have seen how smoothly they manage to cater for thousands of people .

It's just interesting to watch them. 24 hours earlier William looked as if he didn't want to even breathe the same air as his Uncle Andrew on the steps of Westminster Cathedral. Yet here is he, schmoozing with a convicted felon and war crime appeaser.

I did laugh at the very uncomfortable rubbing of his nose. He made me think of Tabatha from Bewitched and I thought - Jeezo, he’s going to make Andrew disappear or turn into a wart on someone’s bum.

There is no Princes Trust anymore. It's the Kings Trust and after nearly 50 years since it was founded I really imagine that it runs itself in that employees of the trust are managing it.
I will say here it was Charles's finest achievement and I imagine he worked quite hard at it in the early days but is too busy King-ing now

It's what the UK does, soft diplomacy and it's done very well. It's cringeworthy however to be bowing down to the Orange one but rolling out royalty is the trump card so to speak!
