Megs gift shop wine

As per the DM, we are told Meg is using Fairwinds Estate winery for her rose. Sounds nice.
But a Reddit user has discovered, that Fairwinds winery is just a brand under the umbrella of Wine gift shop. They do corporate gifts and print on demand. Oh Meg, as ever

I see others have shared their recipes- sorry, I’ve been in my garden gathering dill. This is the one I use. Half cup each of sour cream, mayo and milk. Whisk. Add I tsp each of white vinegar, lemon juice and dried dill and a crushed clove of garlic. Whisk. Stir in I tbs each of finely chopped chives, chopped parsley and dill(if you have it). Salt and pepper to taste. This is quite a runny dressing- if you’re looking for a thicker dip use half the milk.

Great thank you. 🙏

I'm sure the expert winemaker was humbled and honoured to have their product elevated by Meghan's advice.

tataler · 30/06/2025 10:59

What’s the fuss lol

Meghan has never ever claimed home produced jam for sale. She only ever claimed that the idea to start the business came from making her own jam.

tataler · 30/06/2025 11:00

Anyways, I can’t wait for the wine drop tomorrow 😀

Can’t stand the woman but I am supportive of the As Ever venture.
They need money to live their lifestyle and it appears she’s found her niche.
It can’t be easy having H for a hubby who does nothing but sulk and whinge.

Yes. I’m no fan of hers, (that husband of hers is the dregs, no prize at all), but so what if she makes money from As Ever it really doesn’t matter and she has to make money somehow. If she wants that Montecito lifestyle, I’m not sure it can generate that much money but if making lots of money from it means she doesn’t have to scour for work through podcasts etc then it’s a win for everyone.

It reminds of them sending notes to the gospel choir in their wedding, telling them of changes they needed to make.

Totally agree. What else is the woman expected to do to make money? So many other avenues unsuitable or unavailable.

I’m happy to see takes like this. Harry and Meghan do make things incredibly difficult themselves but Meghan is making an effort with something new. Who knows if it will last but I’m glad she’s trying.

RandyRedHumpback · 30/06/2025 11:23

Nobody has a problem with them making money from white label drops if they are upfront about it. Lying to customers about the origin of the goods and trying to cover up the lies (through changing meta data) is the problem. Classing herself as a female founder, when she is no such thing, is a problem. As well as Meghan using her royal titles for this sham and she and her daft supporters trying to make out that these products are comparable with the Highgrove output, which they absolutely are not.

Profhilodisaster · 30/06/2025 11:33

On a smaller scale , if someone said my jam made them happy, it would be nice of me to give them another pot of said jam. I wouldn't present them with a pot of Robinsons.

Wundy · 30/06/2025 11:47

@GripGetter did you, by any chance, think it was all a bit twee ... :)

So her spread, honey etc are all made by a giant factory who also make the Bridgerton jam in Illinois.

What a big sham!

More fool the people who allegedly have flocked to buy these " sell out" products.

Yep. It's all fake, isn't it?

Why doesn't she make money in a more straight forward way? Why all this nonsense about home made stuff?
She's got the money, means and opportunity to train for something useful and do that.

Meghan never claimed to be selling home
made jams. In fact she showed the factory making for the raspberry spread on instagram back in late March.

Meghan never claimed to be making tea from home either, so your point is moot. Meghan’s titles are nowhere near aseverofficial. Try again.

Don’t get too carried away. What’s fake about making jam in a factory. Meghan never hid that. It’s right there on the aseverofficial instagram page.

Sorry but the only people who think the daily mail exposed anything are the fools lol

No one ever thought Meghan was handmaking jams. She made it clear via this reel uploaded on the 27th of March that it was factory made.

Fans are queuing up for the wine 👏🏽👏🏽

So you think this woman's activities are authentic, right? From the get go, she's never shown herself in the kitchen making jam?.🙄

I think she’s authentic and people are clouded with hate.

I just showed you proof that Meghan never hid the factory profess and you pivoted.

Making jam for her household and gifting is not commercial selling.

No where did Meghan ever say she was putting up her own jams for sale.

Nope. Not "clouded with hate"! What nonsense. If you've got eyes and ears you'd be aware of what that pair have been up to and how much deceit has been involved.
Their fans want us just to post nice stuff? Then they should straighten up their lives a bit. It's not hard.
Edit - Ooh and I didn't "pivot". If she wants to merch Aldi toilet cleaner or, or jam, or wet wipes whatever, let her get on with it.

Serenster · 30/06/2025 12:15

Meghan did have a source say on her behalf that she grew the fruit used in the the first drop though. Is that authentic?

Meghan produced limited edition honey and has twice showed us on her instagram her harvesting honeys from a hive, apparently her own hive. Is that authentic?

She now tells us she has spent months creating a bespoke blended rose. Is that authentic?

(I suppose it depends on your definition of authentic. If someone tells me they are lovingly recreating their favourite jam recipes, and then plonks a “Made with Love Jams and Preserves” label on some excess Tesco own brand stock, I don’t think that’s authentic, personally)

To quote you, "lol"

Sorry you aren’t being very clear.

Whats the issue here? She showed herself with her hive on her personal instagram. How does that translate to she’s selling that honey commercially.

Please think critically because that claim has not been made anywhere on the asever site.

And yes she’s tasted her rose in the process of production using a winery and given feedback. What is inauthentic about that?

like I said some of you hate so much that it clouds the facts.
