So they are showing faces now, how long until they are including them in everything, showing them fully.
I feel like this is a bit desperate now. It was their last card to play, the children. They’re trying anything now for attention, what do they have left, showing private videos of them after all the criticism about the Wales children being on display.
One thing about them is they always surprise me.

That photo of only legs on a stool is verrrry strange to say the least, it's almost a disturbing image..

To be fair though - it may not have been worth going to the garage to get the stepladders as that little basket of apricots may be enough for the new drop of spread.

I really hate the word "curated". In general, not just on the As Ever site. So pretentious.

Is that a very nice thing to say? Of all the criticisms to make, I really don't think you would have a photograph done with dirty feet I feel that's a bit unfair and bitchy to be honest

I sort of get the feeling that M just loves to post photos of herself and play at some sort of game in which she is acting the part of a princess figure flitting around in white or beige with an empty facile grin on her face. I don’t somehow feel she gives a shit what anyone thinks or even if she’s making any money. She’s just playing at something that makes her feel good. Maybe it helps to ‘elevate’ her out of the reality of her own life. It’s very strange.

Ultimately she is Narcissus looking at her own reflection .

I think she's probably quite lonely. No family to speak of and a shallow boring husband.

Typical white label food goods have around 35% gross margin for large grocery retailers like Safeway, Stop & Shop, Giant in the Northeast of the US.

Since M is ordering far smaller quantities than a large grocery retailer with multiple stores in several states so her white label costs would be significantly higher as M has no economies of scale to lower her unit costs.

IMHO, I would be surprised if M is making more than a 20% gross margin before paying any other costs including Netflix. And after netting out Netflix payment, Sales, Marketing, Advertising and PR costs and Shipping costs, I suspect that M is making a loss.

Even worse, the slower sales are partly because media / content creators who ordered M's initial product drop gave negative reviews. Not only did M fail to get repeat sales among media / content creators, but their negative reviews would have put off potential customers, contributing to the slower sales in the second drop.

My attention was immediately drawn to Meghans feet when looking at the picture because of the way it’s set up. There was no avoiding them and they do look dirty.

On the surface it’s not entirely unsympathetic, but it’s quite a canny piece in the sense it acts a reminder of all H&M grievances and their own roles in the evolution(s) of said gripes and dramas. It subtly invites thoughts on matters such as bullying and H&M’s failure to sue.

It’s a very odd photo, I can’t say this in a gentle way but it looks like someone is about to hang them selves. I found it really unsettling.

Im not even sure if she gets much of a percentage. The whole thing is operated by Snow Commerce. I think she might get an upfront fee for licensing or salaried role- so she has no real skin in the game. Prob what 2 million a year or something? Then she will get bonus payments if they meet certain targets or a small slice of the profits, that may increase as the years go on.

The thing is owned by Snow commerce, a fandom merch site.

She bangs on about being a female founder- she does nothing. Snow commerce runs the whole thing. She picks from a selection they have and they slap her face on it but they do everything: products, website, fulfilment, delivery.

She hasn’t lifted a finger. She can be as involved or not as she likes- it has no real impact. I’m sure she does try and put a lot of effort into it because it makes her feel important but it makes no material difference. The hard work would be done regardless. She’s just tinkering around the edges and they are humouring her.

Think this is why she is so cagey about revealing details of how things work with the business. It’s just a fan Merch site operated by others and Meg gets a fee regardless- plus a bonus payment if targets are met/profit deal.

It’s why she still has time to drop the kids off at school, do the lunch boxes etc because she’s just playing shop. She gets paid for the global platform she has/ eyeballs she can get. That’s it.

It’s the definition of being a sell out.

It’s not a criticism. Her feet look dirty and given where they’re positioned in the picture and there’s no avoiding them/noticing it.

Now, if her feet didn’t look dirty and people said they did that would certainly be bitchy, but that’s not what happened and you know it.

It’s unfortunate it’s happened, her feet looking dirty, but once again we have another perfect example of Meghans lack of attention to detail that’s made her a laughing stock when it comes to her work.

Also, it's perfectly acceptable to comment on someone who puts their images out there.... I have no idea why people think that she should be above criticism. She's certainly been very critical of others herself.

I noticed in the wine launch photo, it’s captioned ‘cheers my dears’ . How very British, a nod to the country that they so despise.
