So they are showing faces now, how long until they are including them in everything, showing them fully.
I feel like this is a bit desperate now. It was their last card to play, the children. They’re trying anything now for attention, what do they have left, showing private videos of them after all the criticism about the Wales children being on display.
One thing about them is they always surprise me.

BemusedAmerican

BTW, if someone on here was calling themselves Yoda, no one would believe the actual Muppet was posting on MN.

Tempted, I am… but keep up the speech patterns, I cannot.

😂😂

There is an irony in someone who is either a total newbie or has namechanged to post on this thread critiquing the username of a poster who had been around for years and has a consistent identity.

Think of me like a canary in a coal mine, if my rather mundane posts attract pointed attention, chances are the poster isn’t new.

Sorry - can't find the relevant post, but someone mentioned that TP agreed to be godfather (no irony intended) to Archie on the condition that he didn't have to meet the RF. Charming!

And Harry just thought that comment was OK? I'm not saying TP should have to meet them (why on earth would he?) but that Harry was OK with this implied insult to his family is shocking. Talk about Stockholm Syndrome.

So Harry stands by their claims that his family are racists???Despite trying to crawl back on the claims? I'm confused.

I think you're looking for logic where none exists. Harry has been consistent on 2 things - his extraordinary level of hypocrisy and his demonstrable ignorance.

Yes, it's funny how these newbies always seem to hone in on you. And then there's your admirer 😍

This was a comment on the Emma grede podcast YouTube page. Nothing that hasn’t been said before but it’s such a great comment, I thought I’d leave it here:

‘A big reason so many people rushed to support Meghan Markle in the beginning was the belief that she was a victim, a woman of color mistreated by a racist royal family, bravely standing up to a centuries-old institution. The media pushed that narrative hard. Meghan versus the monarchy. The modern outsider against the outdated establishment. But once you look past the glossy PR and headlines, it starts to fall apart. Meghan wasn’t excluded, she was embraced. The public was excited. The late Queen even broke royal protocol to welcome her something few, if any, royal brides received so quickly. What came next wasn’t racism, it was reality. The scrutiny, the expectations, the pressure it comes with royal life. Ask Catherine. Ask Diana. But Meghan didn’t want the role just the status. And when things didn’t go her way, she flipped the script. Every consequence became oppression. Every criticism became bigotry. She weaponized race & victimhood to shut down any accountability and it worked, for a while. She was in the public eye long before royal life but no one cared. It was the royal title that gave her relevance, & she knows it. That’s why, even while endlessly bashing the monarchy, she still clings to the name and everything it represents because without it, there’s no spotlight. And what’s more absurd? Meghan Markle has now been out of the royal family longer than she was ever in it yet she’s still blaming them for everything. If her brand wasn’t built entirely on being a perpetual victim if she had just a shred of integrity or dignity, she might’ve built something real outside of the Firm. But she didn’t. Because here’s the uncomfortable truth: Meghan Markle & authenticity couldn’t be further apart. So let her keep making headlines, she needs them. Let her dress up ego as activism and call it impact. Just don’t mistake the noise for meaning. This isn’t empowerment. This isn’t purpose. This isn’t authenticity. It’s performance. It’s PR. It’s ego polished, packaged, & completely hollow.’

@AtIusvue that's absolutely brilliant, and completely spot on. Meghan certainly became the ultimate victim. It was such a sham.

RandyRedHumpback · 18/06/2025 17:19

That's a great comment @AtIusvue , thank you for posting it here. After what feels like years of a bizarre fever dream where objective facts count for nothing, I'm hoping the penny is finally dropping about the weaponisation of race by the liberal left.

AtIusvue · 18/06/2025 17:19

The you tube page has finally stopped deleting all the negative comments and it’s now a deluge. Some really great ones. You could be there all day reading them :

‘You know what gets me most? It's not the fake smile or choreographed interview. It's not the West Coast therapy-speak masquerading as profundity. It's not the banal business commentary. It's not even the fact Markle is the Final Boss of Olympic Narcissism. It's that she is continually humoured despite it being blatantly obvious what she is. Our asylums are full of people who aren't even half as delusional as this.’

and

’Right?! Meghan being “invited” to Aspire is the most unintentionally hilarious plot twist of 2025. Like… how much PR money actually changed hands for that booking? Because this doesn’t scream “prestigious invitation” it screams “my team emailed your team 14 times and included a media kit, a vision board, and probably a fruit basket.” The whole episode was less “interview” and more one-woman infomercial where she tries (again) to rebrand herself as the voice of modern intellect but ends up sounding like a LinkedIn post that got stuck in a thesaurus. At this point, it’s not even self-promotion it’s self-obsession with a ring light. And let’s be real: nobody just asks Meghan Markle to show up and talk about Meghan Markle. That’s like asking a cat to knock something off your shelf it was happening either way, but the drama comes standard. Somewhere, a publicist is sweating bullets watching her client free-fall into yet another “how I overcame being Meghan” monologue. Girl, you didn’t need a podcast mic you needed a therapist and a reality check.’

When I looked just now, they have taken away the dislikes count but left the likes. This morning it had 82K views, 4.2K likes and 10K dislikes. Now, it says 87K views and 4.4K likes but dislike count taken off.

I've not been on it, @Atlusvue, but thought comments were completely disallowed on her SM sites?

Unless I suppose some other PR person has walked and they're now losing all control ...

Edited to add that was also a great piece you copied in at 17:09 - how I wish I could write like that!!

It’s Emma gredes Youtube page that has the comments

I think Meg still has her comments switched off on her SM

I’m confused 🫤, I thought it was only us salty U.K. people and our racist “British “ media that apparently criticises them!

DipsyDee · 18/06/2025 17:58

It’s so interesting how you can’t see the dislikes. There must be thousands for them to switch it off. If this Emma woman is as tough as she implies why not leave the dislikes on? Its quite cowardly

RandyRedHumpback · 18/06/2025 18:00

She's got a fairly minor podcast. Maybe she's worried future guests will be put off.
