I've embarrassed for Meghan saying that her arranging takeaway food on a plate is the same thing as what Figs Heather Hasson has done 😬

I think both Meghan and Camilla look lovely in these photos.

Camilla looks exceptional.

Meghan looks good, but IMO both those looks just missed the mark for me. They're both just too structured and don't really suit her body type. The white one especially, it makes her look bigger than she is. The navy one is better but the fabric is too stiff.

Thedom · 19/05/2025 09:12

Wonder if it is true Chrissy Teigan will be one of the guests when part two of he Netflix show airs? that will bring in the numbers for sure, Chrissy is even more reviled than Meghan, plenty of hate watchers for the show I think.

Anyway it sounds desperate of Meghan to be aligning with CT, another known bully of the worst kind, along with plenty of substance issues.

Meghan really scraping the bottom of the barrel if it is true.

Uricon2 · 19/05/2025 10:07

When I saw the exhibition of her dresses at KP, it really struck me what an exceptional figure Diana had, especially for her later and simpler clothes that didn't using 80s shoulder padding. Tall, slim but with "shape" and long legs. The old joke about "would look good in a bin bag" comes to mind.

Meghan is an attractive woman with a good figure, but it isn't that sort of good. I agree with @HiRen that at times she's seeing the label rather than whether it really suits her or not. A notable exception was the Stella McCartney for her evening wedding party which she looked amazing in.

Many white American women have a peculiarly childlike timbre to their voices. You can usually tell when a white American woman was a sorority girl by the high pitch of her speaking voice.

White European women, including British women, generally have a lower pitch. African American women too.

Is this a new thing, math? When I worked in the US from 1987 to 1990, all the women spoke normally - no vocal fry either. I have kept in touch with many friends from that time and they still speak normally.

I am sure this baby-girl voice is affected, like so many other speech mannerisms - upwards inflection at the end of affirmative statements, vocal fry, slight lisps, glottal stops etc etc. One trend that's taken off recently in the UK is saying "shtreet" instead of "street". Kind of grates, though I try not to judge!

and “shtrawberry” but I’m not as nice as you and I do judge. 😜

I felt that the white outfit was let down by the hat. To me that was a gardening hat on a business suit.

MrsLeonFarrell · 19/05/2025 12:07

Instagram this morning is Meghan in more oversized beige arranging flowers. It's really quite boring content and I'm not sure what she is trying to achieve with it.

FenellaFeldman · 19/05/2025 12:18

She is just desperate for the clicks.

FenellaFeldman · 19/05/2025 12:19

The hypocrisy of her always wearing beige, and how she criticised the RF (wrongly) for making her wear colours which didn't stand out.
Another lie.

GinnyCat · 19/05/2025 12:38

Soft girl princess lifestyle.

A true feminist.

I just saw that and thought what is the point?

Well Catherine very recently had a rose named after her . Also the Chelsea Flower Show opens today with members of the RF attending.

SisterTeatime · 19/05/2025 13:30

That white Dior was one of her very worst looks. The hat had a beach vibe. Then the same hat in black at QEII’s funeral. Just really weird.

I didn’t like many of Diana’s post-Charles looks. She had a superb figure but not much waist and those short little dresses didn’t do much for her. She must have enjoyed wearing what she liked, though.

Meghan has a tricky figure but she can look really great, but I agree she’s blinded by labels, couture etc. it must be hard not to, but some of her outfits have been catastrophically bad!

She's always chopping down flowers for her instas. Leave the bloody flowers alone in their natural habitat poor buggers 😂

What time did Seat Connery always arrive at Wimbledon?

Tennish

And those are so obviously not garden roses!

They’re long stemmed florist roses likely flown from S America after being grown saturated in pesticides and by exploited poor non-white people ! So much for her ethos.

Oh go look at the latest post. A curated clipboard to celebrate their anniversary. How can she take herself seriously. It’s beyond embarrassing.

It's amazing how many photos they have of themselves entwined in an intimate moment - but taken by someone else. Do they take a photographer with them everywhere ?

It's actually almost quite sad to see - the life that Harry could be having all of the time as opposed to the persecuted life of court cases and whinging that he has brought on himself.

And often hugely inappropriate for the occasion. Standout example was the full length, backless pink for the school visit in Nigeria.

(I'm waiting to see what she will do for Fathers' Day. Is it the same day in the US as here?)
