Apparently RAVEC and the press are conspiring

Having finally found it I'd say this claim was pretty well inevitable

He simply doesn't get it, but there's nothing new there so no surprise

MrsLeonFarrell · 02/05/2025 17:19

Apparently his father could get out of the way and resolve the situation

It's an old fashioned establishment stitch up

WinWhenTheyreSinging · 02/05/2025 17:19

Somebody tell me that this interview keeps going out of focus and it’s not my eyes … ?! 🤣

RandyRedHumpback · 02/05/2025 17:20

There is control and ability in his father's hands to resolve this. This all happened under the previous government - an establishment stich up. RAVEC aren't contained by law, so this decision was made by royal prerogative. Is asking Starmer and Yvette Cooper to step in.

The BBC wouldn't involve themselves in breaking an embargo. What is likely to have happened is that the arrangements were made based on the announcement yesterday of the decision being made public at 2pm today. As you have told us, @serenster, Harry knew the outcome in advance. The new head of comms will have been charged with approaching the BBC. As a PR pro, she too would respect the embargo. An exclusive interview with Harry is attractive no matter the outcome of the appeal.

Harry’s legal team would have had to have sought specific permission from the Court of Appeal to set up an interview with the BBC, which would necessarily have involved letting the BBC know the outcome of the embargoed judgement so they could prepare for the interview.

If they didn’t seek an order from the court permitting disclosure to the BBC before 2pm today, they have breached the embargo. It is that black and white.

He mentioned visiting my friends! Harry, nobody gives a toss if you visit your friends or not.

As for 'supporting my charities', are there no deserving charities in California?

As Sophie told Trevor Phillips, Harry was neglecting Sentebale. He hasn't been to the UK for Invictus. What is he talking about?

Serenster · 02/05/2025 17:20

Christ! I want the Home Secretary to step in!

IcedPurple · 02/05/2025 17:20

"The other side".

He really does think 'they' are conspiring against him.

He's simply not that important.

And now he's asking the PM to get involved!

This is what happens when a delusional fool is living a continent away from the stablising elements in his life.

TheAutumnCrow · 02/05/2025 17:20

‘RAVEC is not constrained by law’.

He wants Keir Starmer and Yvette Cooper to ‘step in’.

Oh fuck off, Harry.

MrsLeonFarrell · 02/05/2025 17:20

He didn't chose to leave

No idea who wrote that Sussex Royal statement

He wants the Prime Minister to step in

MrsLeonFarrell · 02/05/2025 17:20

Sorry middle sentence was my comment

Security was used by the RF as leverage to control him and sets a precedent tp imprison members of the RF and stop them choosing a different life.

To be honest, I imagine Will and Kate have had serious conversations about their three children, and how they can manage any future exit scenarios and choices around what and how they would do as working royals.

The whole shit show could well have been avoided if he'd say down and planned this properly instead of flouncing.

MrsLeonFarrell · 02/05/2025 17:21

At the heart of this is a family dispute and it makes me really sad. A decision made to keep us under the roof.

Delusional

I know you have better insight on this than me. Now I understand better.

MrsLeonFarrell · 02/05/2025 17:22

If anything happens to them it is the King's fault. Where is the duty of care?

Serenster · 02/05/2025 17:22

He’s basically saying his family are breaking a duty of care to him.

LadyMary50 · 02/05/2025 17:23

Omg he’s going to ask the Prime Minister to step in.This interview just proves to everyone what an entitled, delusional brat he is.Harry,no one cares just piss off back to California you are an embarrassment to your family.

TheAutumnCrow · 02/05/2025 17:23

He’s insane.

MrsLeonFarrell · 02/05/2025 17:23

Some people want history to repeat itself

IcedPurple · 02/05/2025 17:23

Serenster · 02/05/2025 17:22

He’s basically saying his family are breaking a duty of care to him.

Yes he is.

He really is terribly messed up.

And there is nobody in his life to talk sense into him.

RandyRedHumpback · 02/05/2025 17:23

Look at the impact of what would happen if anything happened to him/MM/kids. This all happened because he was not allowed to serve in an official role via a decision made in 2020.

He doesn't want history to repeat itself, and he says there are others like him which he has learned via disclosure.

Serenster · 02/05/2025 17:23

“Why wasn’t I put through the same risk management board that everyone else was put through….whether I have an official role or not is irrelevant to the threats and risk impact”

MrsLeonFarrell · 02/05/2025 17:23

Whether I have an official role is irrelevant to the threats etc

Serenster · 02/05/2025 17:24

(He’s comparing himself to people who chose public service here, by the way, not necessarily other Royal family members)

Serenster · 02/05/2025 17:24

“I believe I am still continuing to serve the public”
