She also expects that the As ever products won’t be affected by tariffs??? How does that work Meg?

Do they grow tea in the USA? Do they make the organza fabric for the tea bag? Do they mine the tin?

She’s on a different planet.

I suppose if there aren’t any actual products there can’t be any tariffs.

TheAutumnCrow · 11/04/2025 11:58

Thanks @BemusedAmerican for the Fr Brendan Kilcoyne video.

He’s a sharp cookie in modest packaging, and well worth the effort.

Or just skip the middle man and go straight to NEVER! 😄

You can buy a kilo of those flower sprinkles, ie guinea pig food, online for a price that equates to paying Meg the equivalent of over £670.

Is it really guinea pig food? I thought that was a joke

glitterturd · 12/04/2025 00:23

Yes it's rabbit and guinea pig food - it encourages foraging 😊

It really is. As @glitterturd says, it encourages foraging by small furry pet mammals like guinea pigs and rabbits into their hay or whatever. It's basically rose petals, hibiscus and cornflowers.

Mylovelygreendress · 12/04/2025 14:41

I know the items are sold out however we have no idea how many items were for sale (although I did think more people would flood SM with photos ).
Is it normal to have such a small stock and then wait weeks to restock ?

TheSecondMrsCampbellBlack · 12/04/2025 14:45

BasiliskStare · 09/04/2025 21:25

@Uricon2 Just because so many people etc etc 😉
and @LaMarschallin

Yes!Yes! it was Rouge Noir! guilty as charged. 😊 ( which probably dates me but I don't care - at the time I wanted it and it was between all other expenses not something I would have bought for myself) But Oh how happy I was to unwrap it from under the tree in its black and white packaging. In current day prices it is £30. So an "accessible" luxury but but Chanel have taken decades and decades to build their brand. ( & I fell for it. 😂)

Edited

I’ve got rouge noir (Pulp Fiction, right?) and the Rimmel dupe, they’re lush!

Have we had any celeb 'friends' or influencers promote the products? What are the SS up to - are any of them doing gushing reviews?

I wonder if she spinkles it on her ladygarden?

glitterturd · 12/04/2025 15:18

I think GP covered that with her vagina steaming ?

Maybe its a product line extension and they are doing a collab?

AtIusvue · 15/04/2025 08:04

She’s hawking kids stuff on her shopmy page.

Inc a girls dress from Trotters and one from Boden…..traditional British, seems to be the style she’s going for. Which is strange because you only ever see those kids on her insta, in supermarket pjs.

OP posts:
ThePoshUns · 15/04/2025 08:22

It was only a matter of time before she started merching the children.
just looking at her insta photos for the gypsy show, why are they all lined up to meet and greet her? What capacity is she there in? Do they do that same if say George Clooney or Gwyneth go to watch? It’s so bizarre.

How does that work with Boden? Do they have an agreement with her? Does she get money from them for selling their stuff? Obviously they have lost my custom if they are affiliated with M - it’s the Oprah interview that I thought awful.

AtIusvue · 15/04/2025 09:48

She can link to any product she wants….some of the links she will get commission from because she’s promoting the product and the company are happy to work with her.

Trotters go to some length to not mention Megs /lilys name and distance themselves from her. So I doubt there will be a commissionable link there

People:

‘Sophie Mirman, the founder of Trotters, tells PEOPLE exclusively that the dress Meghan chose to highlight is a "very sweet, traditional Easter dress" that is a "perennial bestseller" for the brand.
Mirman adds, "It’s very exciting, but that’s how I feel when I see our outfits on any child. Of course, when it’s a high-profile child, we are obviously thrilled to bits!”
She says that getting a royal endorsement has a big impact.
"As soon as one of the young royals is photographed wearing one of our pieces, it just sells out," Mirman explains. "In the U.S. especially, the Americans seem to love our royal family!"’

I'm not shopping there any more either, if they have some sort of deal with her.

@AtIusvue explains that it might be without commission. If it is with commission from Boden then I think many people would rethink buying things there.

I would be surprised if Boden or Trotters are paying her a commission tbh.

They don't need to. Catherine's worn Boden lots. Both brands are seen as upmarket British, so they get US traffic anyway for those searching for that "look".

IMO it's Meghan still trying to link herself and her children to the Royal Family.

Why would MM actively post links if she wasnt getting commission?

Because she wouldn’t have much on her page or anything particularly nice otherwise.

She mixes in the stuff she does get commission for with higher end items she wants to associate herself with.
