Yes, it's only an allegation so obviously we need to maintain a healthy scepticism.

However, the claim does have the ring of truth to me. We know that Meghan feels compelled to clap back at every little thing. That's why, by Harry's own admission, during Meghan's brief royal life their staff were bent over their desks crying. That's why only last week she simply had to get her side over about a waffle maker. Yes, a waffle maker!

I wonder if this was communicated in writing and if Sophie has what the internet calls 'receipts'?

Unfortunately, when dr Chandauka said they used the press to punish, she wasn’t wrong, we have seen this happen before but then the person being smeared didnt have the benefit of the doubt and a lot of people believed Meghan and Harry !
I don’t know much about prince Seeiso but I did read him and his other relative thought of Harry as family, I’m going to give him the benefit of doubt that as he hasn’t actually been around Harry that much he has no idea about Harry’s real personality and about turn since marriage to Meghan.

I think if Meghan was a more "do as you would be done by" she wouldn't get nearly as much bad press as she does.

It’s sad to say that it’s been mentioned elsewhere with screenshots that the ss are all gunning for dr chandauka ! , calling her a liar , saying she’s jealous of Meghan , she’s a plant from the royal family, William has paid her to take Harry and Meghan down!
the only accusation they haven’t reused is racism! But obviously even they aren’t silly enough to try that with a black woman!
after all their comments vilification of a black woman to defend a privileged white prince, shows just how unconnected to reality they really are!

This pattern of behaviour from Harry is very clear and has been from the very beginning. Meghan can do no wrong and someone else is always to blame. Every tiny slight needs a clapback. No wonder their employees were exhausted.

In doing this, Harry has shat on his brother, his Dad, his SIL, QEII, Angela Kelly, Jason Knaff, Princess Anne, his old aristo mates and now Dr C. These are only the ones I recall off the top of my head, there will be others silenced by NDAs. He is such a petty, dangerous dick who gives zero shits about mental health.

I remember early on in their engagement and he released that first press statement to complain against the treatment she has received from the media.

Up until that point, it had been nothing buy fawning press. I remember thinking, what in earth is he talking about? Obviously he meant online trolls etc but he was more than happy to make people think it had been the newspapers etc.

We should have known then, that he invents these crusades to save Meghan from….. (insert as appropriate). It’s not reality. It’s all in his bloody head.

They did! They said they made things up because it was fictional, but Mishal Hussain said that she believed she was conducting a proper interview!
They have such a strange relationship with the truth.

Discussions elsewhere about the engagement interview indicate they were trolling the public when they said Harry popped the question while they were "roasting a chicken". Most of us assumed they were cooking; however it appears the phrase actually refers to a sexual act - and it's not nice.

When Sophie Chandauka MBE was being publicly stage-managed by Meghan for the photo at the Miami polo match for Sentebale, I wonder if she was aware that the Netflix cameras were there filming?

This was as part of Harry's (and Meghan's) personal financial arrangements with the streaming company.

It sounds as though it is as a result of the social media criticism of Meghan pushing the Chair out of the way at the polo winners presentation, and Harry expected / demanded her to counter that criticism by saying something nice about Meghan

We may never know, @Thedom, but while I could just about buy that, Harry isn't in a palace any more and doesn't get to command the behaviour of others just because he wants something

As we've all suggested this may be something he's never quite come to terms with, or maybe he and his wife struggle with accepting responsibility for their own behaviour ... either way that's their problem to deal with and nobody else's

Dr Chandauka's interview in the Financial Times today is very significant imho, because:

1. She lays the blame for the charity's drop-off in funding squarely on the "toxicity" of Harry's personal brand;
2. She directly calls out Meghan Markle for Meghan's allegedly trying to force Dr C to help MM rehabilitate her personal brand, leading Dr C to retort that Sentebale does not exist to be 'part of the Sussex PR machine' (and thus confirming that such an online machine exists);
3. Criticises the (implicit) racism of the previous Trustees who, Dr C says, didn't like the charity's leadership being taken over 'by all these Africans'
4. Confirms that Harry is using a team of lawyers to communicate with the media re Sentebale
5. The FT won't publish these sorts of allegations without seeing some documentary evidence, so she knows in using that organ that her side will be taken seriously;
6. The FT is also a good choice because its readership will fall into her target audience for donors - she is clearly signalling that Sentebale will continue and get stronger without Harry.

Dr C is definitely winning the PR war rn. Opening skirmish to Dr C! Now we'll see what happens next.

I'd expect nothing else, @jeffgoldblum, but there's perhaps a certain irony in that, if anyone else attacked a black woman in this manner, they'd scream like banshees

Personally I'm assuming nothing about Ms Chandauka; she may be the thoroughly principled lady she portrays or she may not and only time will tell
