the fact that Harry as a 40 year old man decided to moan about being cut off by his father, when he is infact rich in his own right , on global tv should be a source of shame and embarrassment.

he did not need to sell his family’s private lives and spin lies and filth to make money , he already has more than most people will ever have , and anyone who defends this is obviously just as morally bankrupt as Harry!

The problem is, he's running out of that, and much of it is discredited. He's just going to have to rely on his wife doing the domestic shows.

I don't know how long a Diana documentary would be in the making , but if I were Netflix thinking abut doing this I would be now thinking long and hard about what Harry could possibly say that hasn't been said since the 20th. It may be that Diana is still a draw enough NF think they will get the viewing figures. I don't think it's beyond NF to propose it , certainly when the current contract comes to an end so I wonder then how long H would have to decide. Let's see. At the moment it appears to be "a (not named) senior Hollywood source. " suggesting it. I do think it would be pretty low of H - but studying the form.... 😂 Personally I hope he doesn't & this is idle speculation but not my choice.

I suspect that H sold his living family to get the original "$100M" Netflix contract (behind the scenes footage of real royals!) and as a result, his family cut him off.

Now, H will join a crowded media landscape (Paul Burrell, James Hewitt et al) in selling his dead mother for cold hard cash, in a desperate bid to renew his Netflix contract.

H either has no clue or does not care about the reputational and generational price he will pay. D's parentification of W, her affairs, her media collusion...these will all bubble up as social media seeks to cash in. W will continue to ghost H and consequently, A&L will never meet their cousins as any interaction would potentially be selectively reframed and/or monetized by H.

I suppose if H&M make a TV show on Diana, and call it Diana [with carefully planned subtitle], then they position themselves in search algorithms.

How about Diana: A Princess of Wales for the Ages? Executive produced and with voiceovers by H&M.

I wonderif he 'owes' this to the current NF contract. May have been a clause about success rates etc and seems that many projects never got of the ground and those that did except the docuseries were poorly performing.

This could be done now ahead of end of contract as there wont be any new info to add before 2027.

For once @TheAutumnCrow, this is no fault of Meghan, this is purely Harry , it was clearly floated as a Harry only deal and Meghans pr previously floated a deal with Netflix for more of her lifestyle programmes and it specifically said that Harry wasnt included in that.

MM is a brand with consumer products. We as consumers have every right to review such brands and products positive or negative - to discuss if they live up to their promise and are consistent with their stated brand values. If there is any discrepancy or disappointment consumers have ever right to point this out. If it surpasses or meets expectations then its great to communicate that as well. But its not OK to tell others that their personal experience and consumer review of a consumer brand or product is bullying in an attempt to silence differing opinions.

If an indiviual or organisation publicly states that they exist to 'uplift and unite' and 'show up and do good' but in reality, behind closed doors, they have belittled and done harm repeatedly according to staff testimonies then this needs a light shone on it.

Fair enough, but I had thought that Polo was to be solely H's, and M was credited as co-executive producer of that and appeared briefly in it. Similarly H appeared at the end of With Love, Meghan. M also appeared in Heart of Invictus and was an exec producer of Live to Lead.

I think it's interesting how they still maintain these residual associations with, and credits for, each other's work.

If that's been their strategy to date, and if there really are discussions about a Diana TV show ( a very big if!), I think I'll need a bit of persuading that one half of the partnership is stepping back from a potential ratings 'success' at this point.

But obviously I could be very wrong.

@Delphinaa very good points. I don't understand why some people think that Meghan should be above criticism? Anyone else with a talent free Trad Wife tv show would be criticised. Everyone else who cashes in on connections and makes money because of who they're married to, would be criticised. Why not her?

It is very possible that H "owes" this to Netflix. In which case, how much control will he have over the finished product? Netflix wants its return on investment and does not give 2 cents about H's familial relationships.

Even if H chooses to ignore his mother's love life, by dragging her corpse to center stage, H enables others to address D's love life.

The musical Diana with the awful "Here comes James Hewitt" song would not have been possible a decade ago as the producers would be wary of the backlash. With the degradation of D's reputation, the saucy lyrics in this musical will be tame versus what X/Tiktok and other social media creatives will come up with for clicks and likes.

Or the fact that he was at boarding school all term and then at Sandringham and Balmoral, with Diana only visiting occasionally. How many days did she see them between them breaking up that July until her death?

yes previously they were both credited, this is why I noticed the particular details first in Meghans announcement with Netflix that took pains to state the offer was for Meghan not Harry .
then that article ( whether true or not) that the Diana documentary would be a Harry only deal.
