If it was possible to pay then all the rich foreign billionaire types would pay for prestige. Someone with IPP in the US would get Secret Service type protection and American taxpayers aren’t going to want to pay for that.
The offer for security when he’s in the UK on business (funerals etc ) is very reasonable and if he could swallow his pride and stay with family when he visits, he’d be very safe.
I believe that Taylor Swift got VIP security because it was immediately after a real security scare and she would have cancelled without enhanced security.

This! If Catherine was to break free and forge her own career, I could see her doing well at lifestyle content because we’ve seen her baking with Mary Berry and Nadia, as well as seen her getting involved at the Chelsea Flower Show, creating her own ‘Back to Nature Garden’. And the thing is, she actually does the graft and gets stuck in. When I think of lifestyle, baking and gardening I gravitate more towards Catherine than Meghan.

But it suits him to forget that the British press are really respectful of the rule about not photographing royal children unless it's an agreed formal occasion. The foreign press certainly don't adhere to such protocol. Odd that he seems to hate them less.

I agree. And I've come to believe that a) she has no idea why people find her so false and b) she is such a hollow person that she just cannot be genuine - she has no real concept of what that means.

This deluded woman has, at some point in her childhood/adolescence learned to act a part. Maybe it's from her after-school attendance on film sets with Dad - who knows? And she's somehow forgotten to nurture and create her own actual character and personality. I think she must have had to create a version of herself which she felt was acceptable to the world of casting and filming and has ended up with a bland, shallow and unoriginal persona which she doesn't know how to develop. This must have involved some element of denying her Afro-American heritage, and that might not be all her fault. But weirdly, considering how the SS go on and on about racism, I've never really had the impression that Meghan particularly identifies with black American culture at all - in fact, rather the contrary!

I'd enjoy a walk round Highgrove with the King because it's his vision developed over decades and he'd be able to explain why that particular feature, or that choice of plant or shrub, and the environmental and garden design principles behind it all. I'd be surprised if M knows enough about gardening to talk about it for more than five minutes.

I was weirded out enough by the bit in Spare where Harry talked about the hummingbird trapped in the house after the came back from the Queens funeral (extract from the International News)

I'm not sure that an elderly lady of deep and traditional Christian belief would be thrilled to spend eternity flitting around a 16 bathroom Californian mansion in avian form, but I suspect rather he was thinking of Diana.

We know that Harry and Meghan managed a visit to Queen Elizabeth without the press knowing until after the fact.
Plus when they visited for the Jubilee we saw an official photograph for Lilli’s birthday but there were no pap photos despite details like what time and place their private jet arrived and left the UK being available online. (I think that this is the correct way to behave by staff and paps by the way)

She should have spent the past 5 years buiding her insta lifestyle. Become known for sharing pics of her getting ready to host, planting potatoes, baking with the kids, sorting out her pantry / whatever, she's now be in a position to launch merch linked to thelifestyle brand she'd organically developed.

In saed she's spent 5 years building her brand as a hard nosed boss who alienates everyone and plays the victim. Who wants that brand?

Launching this insta weesk before the show and linked to merch just feels cynical. It's obviously a busines venture to sell us tat on the back of a fake advert for her life.

I cannot think of anyone who would fall for something this contrived and buy her jam.
