She made focaccia, but the glimpse of it in the trailer looked barely cooked. Way too pale, but that may just be the lighting, so I'll reserve full judgement until we see it properly
I thought so too , but then I thought perhaps she’s gluten free? Which explains the flat looking bread.
Or maybe it’s Focaccia di Recco , which is stuffed with cheese but an absolute nightmare to make and need lots of stretching and paper thin dough , just like strudel , no one makes it home.
For a normal focaccia I swear by Bake Ahead it takes just hours to proof and always so thick , soft and pillowy from the inside and crunchy on top. so good!
