It's a weird layout for an official Corporate card. The font, picture layout, wording - but whatever.
I've never been on the receiving end of a "corporate" card so have no idea how these things should look (do ones from Charities count? I get them because I have donated/supported).
'From The Office of' is ridiculously pretentious, but H&M have never not been. It's also old-fashioned and traditional AF, but neither H&M are in anyway modern.
IMO, they shouldn't have put in the photo of the children. It was inappropriate on a Corporate card. You either don't allow public images of your children or you do. Stop with the half arsing it. It's the one thing I agreed with them and support them on.
If you do then release images of your children then you cannot complain if people talk about them. And if you release an out of focus, obviously photoshopped image then it will attract comments that point that out.
Doing this isn't protecting them, it's doing the opposite.
But it's just the issue with H&M - they have no focus and "brand image". They can't decided if their brand is philanthropy, showbiz, business or family. So they've chucked in everything. Messy.
