On their Instagram.

Surprised tbh, thought I read they wouldn't acknowledge it.

Maybe they are channeling Michelle Obama: when they go low, we go high.

We're obsessed because it's a soap opera of their own making.

It's my guilty pleasure.

If they walk into the sunset what's in it for us??

I hold my hands up and say I love all the drama that's happening to people I don't know, who are insulated from the woes of us ordinary folk.

I reserve my sympathy for those poor children who are paying for the 'generational trauma' that their parents are passing down to them.

Shame on Harry for not breaking that cycle

I suspect this now wont be happening - otherwise expect MM posting on AIBU:

"AIBU - my whole false persona has been exposed to the world and now everyone knows I am a nasty bully - my fragile ego has imploded and I am writhing about teeth gnashing and weeping prostate on the floor in a narcisistic rage - but my hatchet man and enabler has deserted me to go bungy jumping in the mountains with MY mates ... should I get my ducks in a row?"

I suspect she has had her ducks in a row from the start!

I think it is quite telling that Harry's birthday has been acknowledged by W&K at this time.

In light of the increasing chatter about Meghan, I think it's a deliberate attempt of the RF to support Harry.

Who knows what's going on behind the scenes, but the media release recently of Harry talking about his children without any mention of Meghan could be perceived as very revealing.

Who knows!

I completely agree .
Interestingly the photo posted of Harry by TRF has been cropped

I think it's a bit 'off' to publicly wish happy birthday to somebody you're not on speaking terms with. I know we don't know for certain that there I zero contact between the two brothers but they are certainly doing a good impression of total estrangement.

It calms the media down if they downplay their relationship.

Can you find out how she keeps so slim I need to lose some weight?

drivinmecrazy · 15/09/2024 12:32

I need to step away now and walk my dog.

I'm ashamed at myself for taking 'JOY' from the downfall of their own making.

If it turns out that they really are 'loves young dream' then I shall salute them.

If it transpires that it's a whole load of 'double, double toil and trouble'
I will likely giggle for a while

The media's making and Pier's Morgan because Meghan blanked him and he can't handle it.

What downfall? You're living in a fantasy of make believe. Unless someone can prove it then it's all pointless gossip.

Eh? His kids aren't in the vicious uk media spotlight, they're not even in the country 🤣

All stirred up because someone didn't have time to stroke Piers Morgan's ridiculous ego. Saddos

Their PR team has done it, it’s a strategic public display, it doesn’t offer any insight into how they are feeling, plus the use of an old photo is a bit telling too.

Yes but presumably the Waleses would have had the say so on sending wishes. They probably chose an older one because it is a nice photo of him smiling. They probably don’t have access to any more recent ones that they can post 🤷‍♀️

The royal family only publicly acknowledge big milestone birthdays for anyone not in the direct line I think.

4andup · 15/09/2024 12:42

'generational trauma'

That's why they moved to America to protect their children from the British press.

Did they acknowledge Meghan’s 40th ?

Serenster · 15/09/2024 12:45

They probably picked a photo of Harry that they liked, and already had the rights to use. No point paying a picture agency fee when you have a gigantic image library already..,,

Toastbuttermarmaladetea · 15/09/2024 12:45

It's amazing the reach people think Piers Morgan has, considering he was sacked by ITV and hasn't been a newspaper editor for many years. Does he tell the Hollywood Reporter what to write too?

cheezncrackers · 15/09/2024 12:47

What's interesting to me is that no one wished him a happy birthday last year. So is this just something they do for big milestones? Or is there more to it?

cheezncrackers · 15/09/2024 12:48

Mylovelygreendress · 15/09/2024 12:44

Did they acknowledge Meghan’s 40th ?

Yes, but that was three years ago. Meghan is 43 now. They did not wish her a happy 43rd birthday.

TheDefiant · 15/09/2024 12:48

There isn't anything on the Wales' insta. It's on the RF insta. Which is the K&Q not the Wales'.

Fishgish · 15/09/2024 12:49

They set an example for behavior, they should have done this long ago… need to act more COE and not Chuch of CUNext Tues.
imo

Serenster · 15/09/2024 12:49

Mylovelygreendress · 15/09/2024 12:44

Did they acknowledge Meghan’s 40th ?

The Queen, Prince Charles as he then was and the Cambridges all wished Meghan a happy 40th birthday on their social media.

He's on GB news and he still talks about her. It's all gossip and speculation if Meghan is a bully why has no one sued her. America is the sue capital of the world. The Hollywood Reporter needs the click's.

Harry and Meghan are a beautiful couple with beautiful children.
