He seems unsettled and I wonder if his behaviour is linked to his chief of staff Josh Kettler going. Kettler was assigned to Harry, not Meghan n Harry.

He has said that he didn't like doing official royal tours. When in the RF he complained about being sent to Nepal. He didn't want to go and was "tired".
I think he enjoys the cameras and being the centre of attention, but probably the actual tours he finds a bit boring and/or stressful.

Oh what a surprise, he’s been brought there to apologise for the BRF’s role in slavery. Wrong family, Colombians, your beef is with Spain! How about Meghan apologising for the Nigerian royal families’ roles in slavery? The British spent years post abolition of the British trade trying to stop the trade between West African slavers, the Spanish and South America.

This is the most misguided comment that people make about Meghan.

A woman who at every opportunity, will publicly criticise and shame another woman, The Princess of Wales, or as Meghan insists on calling her “Kate” who is also very poorly. People don’t care that she was reluctant to pass over a lip gloss. The staff at Givenchy by the way, insist that it was Meghan being awful to Catherine, not the other way round.

There’s quite a lot there wouldn’t you agree? And it’s nothing about her aesthetic or choice of what she wears. I criticise her choices and behaviour. Nothing else.

I have to say these photos really highlight to me the vast difference between a Royal tour and the Harry and Meghan Me Tour. Meghan with that grin all the time. Harry bringing up the rear. It is oceans apart from the situation when the former Queen would have visited. It wasn't about her! It was about the country and the people. She didn't walk about showing off herself - yes she smiled at people when it came up naturally. If anything this trip again highlights just how unsuitable Meghan was for a life of service to OTHER people. It is all about her. It is so apparent.

Yes, this is why when people say what a loss they are to the RF, I think the exact opposite. They would have been an absolute liability. They are the opposite of everything the RF stands for.

Good points, @sausawyee . Also the late Queen would never have given speeches sharing her "wisdom" or lecturing people. Unlike H&M, she never claimed to be an expert on something she learned about 5 minutes ago. Same with Charles, Camilla, William, Kate, Anne, Sophie etc. that's because they have never approached engagements or tours as a source of celebrity, personal kudos, opportunities for revenue or arrogant condescension.
All of which is very evident in the Montecito Royals.

I have to say I do think it’s a failing on the part of Charles that Harry has turned out the way he has. He’s obviously been brought up with no real insight into his family history or protocols. No understanding of why things work the way they do. No loyalty to his family, no empathy, no insight. No sense of who he is outside that system, just a cypher for Meghan to put her stamp on. It’s quite scary.

I expect there was a lot of traffic. Apparently there are some foreign visitors who are driving around in a huge convoy of armed vehicles with police outrider escorts and all the roads are being closed off. Totes ridiculous, but what can you do.🙂
