I think it's great and interesting to see more personality and humour coming through in a message like this.

How do you know he isn’t interested? He may not have commented before but now he is the actual King perhaps he thought he should? He is, presumably aware that most of the nation is invested in what happens to the national football team. William sent a tweet of his own shortly afterward. If the statement had been his idea, why would he have given it to his father?
