I don't think he does. He has surrounded himself with people who only care about what they can get from him. And I don't think he's intelligent or worldly enough to navigate that world. As we can see.

ESPN, who think are now part of ABC, air the coverage of the Invictus games so maybe that has something to do with it 🤷‍♀️

Whoever is providing their (Harrys and Serena's) PR is not doing a good job of reading the current mood in the USA regarding Harry's perceived exploitation of American veterans.

That's a shame, because I have a lot of respect for Serena and for everything she's achieved. I'm hoping that's wrong.

The comments to this article rise some valid points. Particularly that Tillman died defending the US and its constitution while Harry considers the First Amendment to be bonkers. Also the shift in focus in recent years by Invictus from the Invictus veterans to Harry.

Agreed, really hope this rumour is false.

Unfortunately for Serena, the rumour is out there and she is damaged by it. Her PR people should never have let this happen.

What advisors? He'd have had the palace machinery around him, a private secretary, courtiers, etc until 2020, but who is advising him now? From the stuff he's done and said, it would appear that Harry is advising Harry!

I think therein lies the problem. Up to 2020, he had a lot of advice and support. Now he doesn't and is making a total pigs ear of so much, because he seems to think he knows best and he doesn't.

They mentioned a camp for military spouses where they learned resilience while hiking, climbing, etc. I am sure this organization could help ESPN find suitable honorees.

Yet he's done nothing but criticise the Palace advisors, who helped and supported him so much.

Giving awards like these to people like Harry just makes them pointless, they need to go to honest, hardworking selfless people in the field - not fame and money guzzzling entitled idiots feeding off of veterans

Surely the obvious thing PR-wise would be to say Harry is merely picking up the award on behalf of Invictus? Or is Harry so far gone that he wants his very own award?
