I think like a lot of Celebs they want to be important and sought after and admired. Keeping this up takes a lot of effort and doesn't always make for happiness or contentment. You only have to look at the lives of stars gone by to see this. They can't keep holding on to the coat tails of their royal status now they are so distant from the royal family.

I didn't like the dress but it was completely appropriate for a smart polo match, particularly when one is presenting a prize. Have you not been to the Guards Polo Club? Very dressy indeed.

Oh perhaps so. I just saw a photo of Meghan with a great big cup, so I assumed. It's of no consequence though, in terms of the dress - it was still completely appropriate.

Well I am sure. Meghan has to be number one centre of attention at all times. That's the reason she didn't get on with Kate. She could never upstage Kate or elbow her out of the way. I could never imagine Kate behaving in such a rude way.

I have family serving in the British forces who met Harry on numerous occasions, they described him as cheerful, funny and definitely one of the lads. Since he met Meghan he seemed to look more depressed and miserable by the hour. I think they rushed into marriage, unlike Wills and Kate, who had a long relationship before marriage, meaning Kate knew exactly what she was getting into. Yes you get the Palaces and the staff but your life is no longer your own. You can't just nip out for bread and milk or just enjoy walk through town.
I don't think Meghan fully understood this, and I don't think that she understood that Harry would always be the spare.
I think they made a grave mistake in publicly denigrating the Royal Family.
Sure some people think the monarchy should be abolished but our RF are very popular across many parts of the world and all the accusations H&M made backfired on them spectacularly.

The press were pretty awful to Meghan but they were also the same to Kate and Camilla but they both kept their heads down and weathered the storm.

Attending a sporting event, presenting a trophy, making sure you were front and centre, knowing that there will be many photographs taken from every angle and quite possibly a film crew, a possible wardrobe malfunction should be avoided. And on an outfit such as this, it would be a possibility. As shown.
