Harry and Meghan are so petty and bitter

They knew that announcing Meghan's new venture would be big news. So they dropped it 45 minutes before William was due to speak yesterday evening. At an awards ceremony dedicated to harry and William's mother's memory.

But that wasn't good enough. Oh no. They then announced the winner of their own awards. While the Diana awards were still going on and Prince William was handing out prizes.

Is there no level this petty, bitter couple won't sink to?!

Going back to Spare I haven't (and won't) read it so have no idea of the overall general level of accuracy. However in one of the reports of Harry being in a skiing trip when he zoomed in for the Diana awards I was surprised to see a quote from Spare where he said Diana always hated skiing.

I'm quite sure she loved skiing. I recall at their engagement interview they were asked about the age gap and what they had in common and they agreed they both loved skiing. They had regular skiing trips over the years and after separation.

I've no idea why he would have said that. Bizarre. Maybe someone who has read it can clarify.

Just watched this movie- quite the body!

Bacķ to H&M, I think they would get more credibility for their business ventures if they abandoned their titles and presented themselves as embracing egalitarianism.

But then they wouldn't have a little Prince and a little Princess. Much as Harry seems to hate the RF, he didn't turn down those titles for his children.

Others in his family have - his Aunt Anne, for instance!

I agree. I think the problem is the gap between their wants and their talent.

So they try to fill the gap with dishonesty, covered by spin. And the spin breaks down under scrutiny.

This thread and the one re a photo shoot for Harry and Meghan's children is full of so many catty and hateful comments. The latter had over 1,000 posts, yet no one knows what exactly they plan to do with those photos.

Unlike on this website, a good trend I've noticed on the NYT comments section is people pushing back on the vitriol directed at Meghan and Harry in op-eds. It is good to see that there are many out there who can see through the lies from the tabloids and RF.

Food for thought from a poster on Tina Brown's NYT op-ed:
