The only thing I found odd was the fact it was planned surgery but her diary was suddenly cleared. That gives more weight to the transplant theory

It’s very simple. She has had surgery and will be back in the public eye at Easter.

The press want to make money so are whipping everyone up into frenzy to keep the clicks coming their way.

Or just maybe it wasn’t as simple surgery as expected and had a longer recovery period.

I also thought Crohn's and a stoma.

I don’t think anything weird is happening. Just plastic surgery. She’ll come back to public life with a younger face.

In all seriousness, the thing that has frightened me the most is how people will believe anything they read on Twitter. It reminds me of when that guy took some quotes from the Nazi party about Jews switched the word ‘Jew’ to ‘Muslim’ and then posted it on Facebook when anti-Islamic feelings were high and it was shared and liked hundreds of thousands of times. People have got to stop believing or blindly sharing any of shit they read online. It’s so fucking dangerous. It might feel like it doesn’t matter right now as it’s not your family, but this is how you get duped into believing things that will really affect you. It’s hugely concerning how many people are falling foul to the rumour mill. I know the rebuke will be to tell me I shouldn’t believe everything I’m told and I don’t, Christ you only have to look at Russia when they first threatened war on Ukraine and then admitted they did it to avert everyone’s eyes to what they were really up to (which we still don’t know), but I also don’t think the answer is to fall down the online rabbit hole about chem trails, third eyes and vaccine control.

The idea it's plastic surgery is ridiculous imo. If she was going to have plastic surgery, I imagine it would be done very discreetly during the summer holidays. I suspect she is actually quite unwell but the conspiracy theories are ridiculous....so far everything is in keeping with what we were told.

It's nice that you're giving the OP the benefit of the doubt on this, but if you re-read the OP it actually says 'I think she's seriously ill' followed by a reference to having all evening and eating popcorn.

She thinks another woman is seriously ill, a mother with three young children, and considers this entertainment.

She's shown what sort of person she is. It's not a great look for you defending it.

Something is going on, if Kate looked as well as she did in the Mother's Day 'photo' then she wouldn't have turned her head away in the car.

I don't think it's a face lift, if it is then the backlash when she finally emerges will be immense.

I think you are a very sad individual who needs to get a life.

It would be a very odd time of year to have plastic surgery, I don't think it's that at all.

I meant she knows everyone would be curious and waiting for her to re-emerge from surgery, so she wouldn't have it planned out and have three months off and all that for plastic surgery. I do think she would do it just not then and just not like that.

Far more likely she has Crohn's or needed some gyne procedure, had surgery concerning it, possible complications, possibly other issues going on in the marriage as well.

I did wonder if she might do a Katie Holmes (surprise bolt), the Royal Family is a bit cult-like...I would imagine seeing her lovely children brought up in this madness is very upsetting to her and the reality of that may make her want to jump ship with all of them, especially if there's marriage trouble.

But assuming everything people has speculated about Rose Hanbury is true (huge assumption). Why on earth would SHE want to (presumably) divorce her current husband and shack up with William? Being marchioness of Cholmondely looks infinitely better than being princess of Wales/future queen. You would have to be absolutely insane to make that decision. Even before you factor the massive impact it would have on her own children/family.

And all the theories about a RH soft launch fall apart if she isn't willing.

People in that circle will know. I've heard gossip about the late Duke or Edinburgh from someone who had connections.
I also knew stuff about Jeffrey and Mary Archer, which were common knowledge in Oxford, but not in the papers.
Some speculation/gossip/conspiracy theories are actually true.

The more comments like this I read, the more I shake my head in disbelief. You expected her to stare right at cameraman with a big smile to prove she's well and happily married?
She's probably really pissed off with the press right now and not in the mood. She was also just glancing out of the window, maybe looking at something.
If she looked so terrible that she wanted to avoid the cameras she would have stayed in or snuck out another exit. She's managed to avoid the cameras for months. She can continue to do so if she wants.

The reason why the media will have posted the Rose stories is because the rumour mill is turning and they know it will brings them money - when they post such stories or controversial characters then lots of people click. The more clicks, the more advertising revenue, the more money. Thats why they’re doing it, not because it’s a ‘soft launch’. This isn’t how you soft launch someone, whilst the two parties are married and one is reported to be very unwell.

It’s all being done for clicks, likes and shares.

They likely have - and it’s Mum’s been in hospital, she is home now, still weak but getting better.

Nothing that the parents can sell because it’s consistent with what KP and PoW have issued and said repeatedly.... aka The Truth
