If anybody's bullied Kate into making a statement it's the RF themselves protecting William.

I would have thought it very basic that the KP PR team understand the basic requirements for acceptable standards of photography from agencies / media.

Honestly I do think this has gone a bit crazy. William took a family photo, is a bit shit at it so Catherine had edited it. She’s a bit shit at editing and it was noticeable. The media go crazy and take it down (fair enough if they have a policy to do that) leading to crazy speculation (on top of already crazy nationwide media speculation) and then Catherine comes out and says “I’m a bit shit at editing because I’m not a professional photographer, my bad” yet everyone is going mad about it.

Luckily no one will care this bizarre episode in a month’s time when the next big ‘scandal’ comes about. People are honestly bat shit crazy. If the racism thing didn’t stick I doubt that this will be the ‘bringing down’ of the monarchy some people think it will be.

Oh, yeah. They are just normal people like us, they take their pics, they edit them, they post on social media; they also clean, cook, wash their clothes, lovely everyday folk. Honestly, I have no interest in the RF but this has become such a comedy!

Royalists really need to put themselves into Kate's shoes. You know that there has been huge speculation into your health/whereabouts. You decide to release the first photo of yourself, knowing that your appearance and signs of health will be scrutinised. You then, as a self confessed amateur, decide to mess around with photoshop to the extent that the image is warped all over the place, and you then happily post it on SM.
