It's not snidely to point out that this photo, while lovely, isn't current. Why bother to publish one? So what if 'the public' is making comments? They'll still comment anyway. Paparazzi won't stop either.

Many trees or shrubs are in leaf all year round or if they are indoors.

My guess over rings is she's lost weight and they are being resized. Or not worn until she's put the weight back.
