"school run." HRH was seated in the front passenger seat.

What's goady is suggesting there is evidence for an opinion but not citing that evidence and suggesting others are not as well read as the poster themselves

I think you’ve taken up an unnecessary cause. Toffee seems good and enjoying the repartee.

Thing is, we can all go and find instances of toffee doing the same. Such as implying other posters don’t have a life. But it’s just derailing at this point. It gets a bit heated sometimes, the nature of a discussion forum. Toffee has said they aren’t a victim. And they’re continuing to post anyway, (alluding to the fake affair but always under the veneer of plausible deniability) so they can stand the heat after their provocative posts, I actually respect that.

Ok, good, we’re making progress. So we have people in rl, general gossip and hints. What about the circumstantial evidence, could you expand on that a bit?

If that is Kate in the car, her face is certainly swollen and the medical reasons for that are limited. Several have been discussed on this thread but having an immediate family member as a doctor certainly helps with explanations. Lots of doctors have been talking about the limited possibilities of what Kate's condition/ op is and that's been the case since January. The photo certainly adds something, however grainy. Assuming it is Kate, obviously.

Some posters create a hostile atmosphere here and while Toffee may be handling it, it's not pleasant for others, and it prevents others from joining in with her, because not all of us want to be got at by the RF board regulars.

Agree on it being a major health issue. I’ve had surgery that needed a hospital stay and some months of recovery. I wish her well. I thought it good she was with her mum. That’s strong family bond which is good to have.

I’m not a regular I lurk a lot, it’s not put me off so please don’t be so presumptuous to speak on the behalf of others. Meant nicely and apologies if the tone sounds not how it’s intended, it’s easy to get wires crossed online.

My point is @ToffeeTalk , that you appear to form (and state) strong opinions as factual. You felt strongly that the information you had was evidence of a marriage in crisis and that palace sources were deliberately lying about the nature of her surgery to create "space".
But it only takes one grainy photo for you to ditch that opinion. Rapid revision undermines the validity of things you post, because it demonstrates they not backed up by robust evidence.

I understand because I’ve personally avoided posting and reading much in this very thread because I find the repeated conjecture by Toffee invasive and cruel never mind completely lacking in any basis. I was so glad when I checked to see others pushing back on it. Now we’ve seen the argument shift to her having insider knowledge. It’s Toffee’s name I’ve seen most in this thread, actually. She’s been the one dominating the conversation.

And someone just brought Meghan into it. I didn’t participate in any of that with respect to her pregnancy or her absence. I don’t think ugliness toward one woman by some is good justification for ugliness to another Do you?

We can’t be sure who might be regulars, lurkers or name changers here. I rarely name change myself and don’t think I have in months now. Which I think is rather unusual here.

I thought ToffeeTalk came on here after the photo was published saying their 'grim' expressions totally give weight to the theory that the marriage is on the skids/over. Then other posters chipped in saying who drives around grinning like lunatics all the time and the two people in the car look perfectly normal. Cba to go back and check though!

The whole thread started after the photo was published. Various unsubstantiated assertions and dubious theories have been posited by the poster in a rather determined and dogged fashion, interspersed with the typical sensitivity and offence when challenged.

I'll keep this as brief as possible:

Posit #1: marriage on skids, Kate wants out. Minor procedure used to buy time for settlement to be reached or for Kate to rescind decision. No mention of possible underlying reasons for marriage on skids.

Posit #2: Swollen face could be facelift rather than heavy duty colon related surgery which was the go to theory on the thread. Unlikely to have facelift if caught up in baleing from rf. Therefore probably not baleing because definite facial swelling ie swelling suggests ongoing medical issue rather than Posit #1.

No other Posits.
