"school run." HRH was seated in the front passenger seat.

FFS she has had major surgery to her bowel. Use your imagination as to what it was, look at her usual weight for a clue. She has a lot to get used to with this new issue that is life changing, can’t you read between the lines?!?!

That photo doesn't look like Kate to me, though perhaps a pp is right and she looks different post-surgery.

But she's clearly trying to go about her business in private, it's horrible that she's being stalked like this and people think it's a good thing she's been spotted, when she clearly didn't want to be!

It's Kate I think . But she really doesn't look well ... people need to let her recover in peace .. I think its awful that she's has to be photographed like this to stop all the stupid social media rubbish

It's possible that medications or the recovery process might have made her face more rounded. Most of us go through something medical at some time or other and don't look our usual selves. Give her a break during her recovery.

Poor woman. Princess or not, she’s a woman first. A human being who is allowed some time off work to recover from surgery.

I'm a Super Recogniser. I've studied grainier footage than this to spot faces. When I first saw it, my initial reaction was that it wasn't Kate, but I now think it is.

Hope she's fighting fit again soon.

I think she just looks different because we are used to seeing pics of her smiling.

If that is Kate, then I feel bad for her, she wants a bit of peace to recover.
Poor woman. Having said that, if it is Kate, then she looks like she could be on steroids, which do cause your face to puff out a bit. I've been on them and they're not nice.

Why is it great news ? The photos were taken by unauthorised paparazzi, so a complete invasion of privacy. ‘Where is Kate’ threads on SM and speculation in the press have fuelled a ridiculous conspiracy theory like attitude to an entirely reasonable absence from public life, and one that was clearly announced by KP at the time of her surgery. She wasn’t expected to return to public life until after Easter. Why can’t she be left in peace to recuperate ?

She looks like she's had filler above her top lip. It looks very swollen in that area....

The details released were just ‘abdominal surgery’ I think.
