I just read an article in the DM about this. I really honestly couldn't believe he would do this. I just hope it isn't true. Just how could he. Privacy????.

'I think he was put on the spot a bit by the question about illness unifying families'

As I and others have said what a shame the bloke didn't have the balls to say oh really so your wife is unified with her ill dad then?

Roussette · 16/02/2024 19:55

What? So Harry should've brought up Thomas Markle in that interview? Really?

Well if illness 'unifies' family it would have been interesting if the bloke challenged him yes. They're a bit too sycophantic in the US aren't they? no wonder he has such a massive ego.

For those saying Harry was discreet about his conversation with KC - has it occurred to you that he wasn’t given any details ? I think the brief chat would have been very general ; good flight ? How are the children? Etc Harry will not know any more about the King’s health or Catherine’s problems than the rest of us .

With his track record for discretion I too doubt he was told anything specific about either Charles or Catherine. I would have cheered if his father had refused to see him!

I thought the same.

Or - "How dare you speak to my wife like that? Get out of here you little t*rd!"

Or Mike, show him the door!

Will he be allowed citizenship though? Wasn't there the 'shock' admission to drug taking - did he declare that before or after he wrote 'Arse' 'Spare'?

Edited

Married to a US citizen and he’s been living there more than 3years.
So yes he can get citizenship.

More pictures released. There Meghan is, showing us what a feminist looks like yet again, passively standing about covered in jewellery and expensive clothes, seal-clapping her husband so he knows just how marvellous he is. I bet Emmeline Pankhurst would be so impressed.

FramboiseRoyale · 16/02/2024 20:28

The reporter who interviewed Harry is Will Reeve, the son of the late actor, Christopher Reeve.

Just out of interest, how are feminists supposed to look and act? Should she be pictured with hairy armpits and burning her bra?

Obviously not. However doing something other than standing about doing the, 'My husband is so dreamy and I'm just a girl so can't do anything except standing about looking nice' routine might be a better look.

Edited for many typos

What the actual does this mean?! Lolol

She looked good, she clapped, she smiled! I really need the pics 'covered in jewellery'. I've followed this and not seen it, but happy to look

What a horror she is !

She has a lot to be criticised for, but she is very involved in issues relating to women and girls

Yes to be fair she’s big into gazing adoringly at him and acting the surrendered wife. Which is odd, she’s got much more about her, or used to. Now she’s just a smiling clapping clothes horse.

When it suits her. No sign of her being interested in issues relating to women when she was allegedly bullying her female staff.

Lol. Used to it!

PigglyWigglyOhYeah · 16/02/2024 20:44

It's also not particularly feminist to marry a rich man, give up your job and use his status as a meal ticket. Just saying.

indeed. To be fair though, neither of them have an actual job, or really any career, or work of significance, they are a pair of layabouts.

Harry has a wife and children, ie a family too. He lost his mother and was left with an adulterous father who favoured his brother.

Now that is some reach!!!

Source please??

Not even Harry alleged his father favoured his brother.

And what about his adulterous mother, pray tell?!

MrsLeonFarrell · 16/02/2024 21:28

The Times has an article suggesting that Harry has offered to come back and help out as a royal on a part time basis, according to his "sources".

I don't find that particularly convincing as a story because I don't see how it would work. Surely it's just the same half in/half out thing they proposed which the late Queen rejected. I think if nothing else it has become clear in the last few years that being a working royal and making money is an almost impossible line to tread, exactly as it was for Edward and Sophie years ago.

I really can't see it working, can anyone else?

I gave the only information I have of any likely familial damage, not being a Royal watcher.

You are very invested in this thread, what with you "not being a Royal watcher"!!

Why on earth would Harry want to be part of such a toxic family/ organisation ?
