So I see there is a brand-new Duke and Duchess of Sussex website. Very glossy.

But the self-aggrandising! I just read Meghan’s bio and - cringe - it was the worst of LinkedIn. Sometimes less is more!

Erm, I think maybe you have read The Boleyn Inheritance by Philippa Gregory? It's a good read but you really can't take it as being historically accurate.

I have no idea why there's such a low bar for Meghan and Harry. Just because they're not master criminals they're above criticism?.

Their timings always seem very deliberately chosen to cause maximum damage to the RF and hit them in the weakest spots.

Look I don’t want to argue by Antonia Fraser is said to be a historian as well as a novelist as are others. As there’s very few pieces of written documents surviving from the past and that era then research can be hard generally. Either you go down the records route or not. So yes supposition can be the case in past history.

I’m fine with him as Prince Harry. The title is all he’s got to trade on. It’s who he’s always been (even now he doesn’t want to be). I think if he showed up to any of these award ceremonies etc in the States as just Harry, nobody would have the foggiest…

But her just being Meghan (and Meghan)? She thinks she’s Beyoncé, Madonna, Oprah. Ridiculous! I don’t think kids need their titles either. Meghan is the American school of fake it til you make it, but the problem is she’s just not very talented…

My take is that they already know that many projects are ending and they need to spruce up their outward image for potential new partners or investors. Meghan who is almost certainly a narcissist, needs their accolades & titles written down afresh to give her renewed supply. In summary, it's all smoke and mirrors trying to prop up a burning house. The multimillion contracts they had when the first Archewell website launched have all been cancelled and they're hoping a new website might fool new partners into signing up.

It wasn't a condition per se, but the annulment rested on her being pre-contracted to Francis of Lorraine and therefore not free to marry anyone else.

Caused a bit of diplomatic embarrassment when Francis married because Henry couldn't congratulate him or officially recognise the marriage, since he'd annulled his own marriage on the basis that the pre-contract was still binding.

But they ARE Prince Archie and princess lillibet :) Even though they live in California they may as well use the titles 🤷‍♀️ Because they can.
