It’s a 10 min walk from the BP gates to the elevate rooms and another 10 mins to get to the gardens. Plus 5 mins settling into the helicopter before it takes off. That leaves 30 mins max and the twelve mins looks highly plausible.

Harry was at Clarence House for 45 minutes seen arriving and leaving by press who seem to be saying yesterday 30-45 minutes for meeting time.

King Charles then seen leaving Clarence House for Buckingham palace - having delayed helicopter for an hour to fit Harry in.

The Mirror is now reporting 12 minutes but citing Lady Colin Campbell on GB news as source - so it's the same dubious source as earlier.

It doesn’t help that in the picture I have seen, she is not very clearly visible, apart from her sunglasses and teeth, due to the filter on the car windscreen 😆

I think that blindingly white teeth are about as necessary as a bleached anus.

So now we know why Harry did his 24 hour dash. Had a gig lined up in Las Vegas, and didn’t want to look like the superficial tool that he is by that ceremony being his first public appearance after his father’s diagnosis. Image control.

I said elsewhere, though, he would have been better off making a statement about how his father was getting the best care yada yada and that he would be over to see him for a few days when it was convenient for both of them. Instead he does his superman thing across the Atlantic which makes it look like his father is really unwell, and then fucks off back which shows that his father is ok really ( otherwise I assume Harry would have cancelled his engagements and stayed). So as an image control exercise it was a poor choice

Yes, shame he didn’t spend some quality time with his father. I think it must have been upsetting for KC to have been squeezed in. I have heard of performance parenting but not the other way round. 🤨

Oh I think a lot of people with a “prodigal child” in the family with recognise the M O. Turn up, be seen to be seen, get the fanfare you think you deserve, exit as quickly as possible, tell everyone you did your duty, box ticked, arse covered for posterity.

Anyway, hopefully he will visit properly, I am sure KC would want that.

I think that’s a very good term. ‘Tall children’ is a term used for immature adults.

Camilla, bless her, did a six hour road journey for an official event yesterday, because the helicopter was grounded by the bad weather. That's duty. She's turning into a real star.

I think Camilla, Anne and Sophie are good role models for addressing bad publicity.

Don't complain, just get on with the job and let your actions speak for you. It is a long-term strategy, but all have been very unpopular in the past and turned it round.
