Piers Morgan is saying the meeting was just 12 minutes - don't know his source and so far haven't seen rest of press saying this yet.

Because I took it as read that no-one gets to see the King unless the King wants to see them. Even family.

I think it's invented bollocks - designed to make it look like an inside scoop, but which will have no foundation at all. The times of arrival and departure were seen. As long as your pet guess of a time doesn't exceed the known window, you can say what you like, confident that it will never be disproved

Aah okay! I've not been that either but I did read that the King was left waiting for H, which shows it really was a last minute decision for H to come. If H really cared about his dad, he'd have waited a bit, arranged a proper visit and brought his children to finally spend time with their grandfather.

Actually the 12 minute nugget was from Lady C. She’s batshit, but I like her.

I've only seen Piers Morgan mentioning it so far this morning - though I'm not sure I think Lady C is all that reliable as a source either.

I'm now wondering if Tom Cruise is really the Top Cat. Close friends get to call him 'TC'.

If it's the sort of cancer treatment which seriously depletes your immune system, then he'll be living in a kind of HMS Bubble for the duration, so seeing him right at the start (before full effects take hold) makes sense

And as even the Royals rarely overfly central London (since the Vauxhall crash even they go to Battersea normally) it looks as if there was a considerable effort, from the Palace end, to facilitate the visit.

Though as it's half term next week, I was wondering if the little Waleses will be having a break at Amner (their mother might be OK to travel there). They might be able to see the King outdoors, and with the weather forecast as it is, chuck a few snowballs at him!

Why doesn’t she take out an injunction on Backgrid for stalking her? The woman can’t park up anywhere without one of those fellas popping up.

I think this point about Harry seeing KC early on, before the treatment is very far in, is valid.

Also, Winnie, your points about half term and Amner seem like a sensible possibility.

KC has had a lot to do with the development of Sandringham estate, as well as PP. I hope he has snowdrops to look at there. He has had the front bed re-done but I don't know if there are any snowdrops in it.

Yes - and probably a fair bit of leaking and jostling for positive press at times as well.

I do think Harry and Meghan do illustrate how hard getting good PR can actually be.

It looks like she is alone in the car without security, the veneers must have blinded whoever took that photo, serves them right !

Maybe she was driving to LAX to pick up Harry hence so happy. At least that is one hypotheswiss.
