Meghan, Duchess of Sussex spotted out and about, part 3

Part 3 of a nice, unproblematic thread to discuss some of the fab outfits from the Duchess of Sussex, and some of the many great causes she (and Harry) and Archewell supports. h/t @queentim for the original threads.

I really liked this outfit and the way the skirt flowed as she walked - really good choice and quite pared back compared to some other people on the red carpet.

Seemingly they are powdered now.

I really don't like that cape coat - it's similar in style to that blanket one she wore before in California. I don't think they are very flattering on anyone really.

I'm beginning to wonder if she has a foot problem currently as she seems to be walking very tentatively all the time - she's looking at the ground a lot then Harry is too and having to take her by the hand. Must be the snow. 😏

She should include a fashion section in their newly minted regal website - The Office of the Duke and Duchess... I am sure some do these brands would pay to be included 😅 not sure enough to pay for the private jet to Canada though

That made me laugh! If I put on something a bit out there and I say to my DH ...what d'you think? (I wear what I want and don't need his opinion to wear it, sometimes I just ask him what he thinks)
He would say....well...it's a bit different....
That comment tells me all I need to know !!

I do think you have to be slim to wear those sort of coats. I have an expensive when I bought it, cashmere poncho type thing and my DH asked me where my cheroot was when I wore it! It is great for long haul plane journeys though!

I think that she probably has some sort of arrangement. Either items are loaned, or she is sponsored to wear them. That's often how celebrities do it. Sometimes they become "brand ambassadors" and promote in that way.

Such a shame we don’t have any full length pictures of Meghan in this dress - she is quite partial to green and off shoulder.

Yes, I'd like to see it full length. I'm not keen on the eyebrows, but that's what's fashionable. The jewellery - again - looks gorgeous. I prefer the side parting.

eye brows like that seem to be a thing now. don't like this fashion,( i do have eye brow envy though, mine are invisible due to over plucking when that was the thing)

I know. I'm of the generation where we plucked them to a fine line as well! Somewhere in-between would be my preference.

She looks like a movie star in that green dress pic (Hepburn esque)

Yes full eyebrows are very much the fashion now. There has been a trend to very bushy ones with each individual hair separated out that I struggle with but the kids these days love and my fashions in my younger days could sometimes be questionable so who am I to judge really 🤣?

Two bits of advice I’ve given dd: if someone dumps you, never take them back (no personal experience) and don’t pluck your eyebrows (huge personal experience - they never grew back )

I thought this was Pippa Middleton when I saw this photo. They are very alike from some angles.

They do look very similar - people have commented on that before.

Meghan is looking quite a bit older now but that happens even to the best of us. I daren't look in the mirror today ! I'm such a walnut .self deprecating little throwaway comment to make myself look all fun

That's a lovely dress, and I love love love the colour of it.

I am really not a fan of strapless of any sort, but one shoulder dresses to me are very sexy, and she has the figure to do that dress justice!

Yes what a shame they didn't hit it off at Will's wedding! imagine how very different things could have been..

Same here it's something I wish I could go back in time and say don't do it!!! I have to fill mine in everyday
