Well to spell it out for you - it is now the 19th of January. She is a public figure who hasn't been since since her last day of work - which involved - going for a walk to Church at Christmas.

I was pondering what category her 'job falls under - fulltime/part-time/job share/adhoc/voluntary............?

Would you like to do it?

I wouldn't.

Imagine being under scrutiny all the time and bitched about on social media.

Sparklybutold · 19/01/2024 15:10

I find it abhorrent that Kate's surgery woes is being reported at the same time as so many other actual atrocities. Kate and her like receive the best of everything. If that was us plebs we'd be put on the waiting list and would be booted out within 1 day. I find it nauseating that people pine over this privileged and out of touch family.

There is more than one type of news.

You'd probably find it "abhorrent" if they kept it quiet too...

The rest of us wouldn't have a GP appointment yet.

Of course we would, if we were paying for it...

How nasty. She's clearly been ill and unwell enough to need an operation which takes time to recover from. I can't imagine thinking like this about a woman with young children.

What have they ever done to you to make you so bitter??

LadyPineapples · 30/01/2024 11:44

Kate no talent, no skill, no job, no career, entitled, condescending, made a bride cry, then lied that the bride made her cry, horrid to her SIL and unborn child etc etc but insisting on being "she who must not be criticised".

Instead of fighting stigma associated with a certain condition she continues to pretend she's perfect and hides it from everyone in broad day light.

Can you give any specific examples of Kate pretending that she's perfect? I don't see her like that.

What condition?

Comedycook · 30/01/2024 12:35

I'm no sycophant when it comes to the royals but her keeping her medical information private is not her trying to prove she's perfect.

It will mostly be her looks and figure. But also her ability to keep calm and focused when others are melting down.

Troll hunting breaks MN Talk guidelines.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion you know. Even if it is different to yours.

Millions of people and me included are envied by many just becuse they do things so well.

HRH Princess Kate is a glowing example to the world of how to impress the rest. Kate, William and their children are a credit to England and I just wish there were more people like them

I hope to see HRH & family back in action soon but not until the doctors advised them so,

Which means, you are absolutely free to let abuse and bullying stand if you like based on how you feel about the person being abused or for whatever personal reason.

What abuse and bullying? Report a post if that is happening. I always do if I see that. All I am saying is 'no trollhunting' is stated clearly in TG.

I can only assume you are joking.

You are envied by many because you do things so well. WTAF

K&W are a glowing example to the whole world. Double WTAF!

I thought you were serious earlier on in the thread, but now I know you're not!

jeffgoldblum · 30/01/2024 14:24

Honestly it's a bit much for me but if that is @Desperate2023 opinion then it's fair enough!
I've seen enough of this calibre about H&M !

That mean something different than what I was implying. 🧌

You don’t have to tug on my crayons and tell me I’m coloring wrong, though, you know. It’s ok if others get it wrong or do it differently than you sometimes. The teacher will figure it out.

AliceOlive · 30/01/2024 14:26

Add me to this:

Millions of people and me included are envied by many just becuse they do things so well.

I both admire and am admired. 🤣

Roussette · 30/01/2024 14:26

AliceOlive Sorry I don't understand at all.

Let's leave it there.

wildernesssw · 30/01/2024 14:31

Yep, admire and are admired!

Because I can admit my weaknesses and admire those who are strong in those areas.

And I have my strengths, which other people admire (while I admire their strengths)
