Kate no talent, no skill, no job, no career, entitled, condescending, made a bride cry, then lied that the bride made her cry, horrid to her SIL and unborn child etc etc but insisting on being "she who must not be criticised".

Instead of fighting stigma associated with a certain condition she continues to pretend she's perfect and hides it from everyone in broad day light.

Can you give any specific examples of Kate pretending that she's perfect? I don't see her like that.
