OS is on This Morning. I doubt he'll get much of a grilling from whoever is presenting it this morning, which is probably why he's agreed to go on it.

I suspect his responses will be much the same as his statement. A lot of words basically saying nothing and deflecting the actual question.

Didn't Megan deny being involved with the previous book, which was later disproven in court?

I don't think there's any sign they're heading for divorce.

Only gossip otherwise, and I think it's sketchy - I mean, Harry's a metal head, but still goes along to other concerts (where he understandably looks underwhelmed) and presumably does so to please his wife. That's a good thing, isn't it?

And he's said for years - long before he even met Meghan, how much he wanted children. So I think he's got what he wanted and I believe it when commentators say they're in a good place

The only way they'll get divorced is if Meghan divorces him, it won't be the other way round. He's not going to give up living with his kids willingly. But I think they're stuck with each other, whether things are great or not. She needs her prince to still be someone (look how Fergie basically sank without trace after her divorce from 'spare' Andrew), and he's basically torched his entire life to be wit her - family, friends, popularity, life in the UK - what does he have left apart from her and their kids?

The book seems to have backfired a bit on OS (& on H&M too - there's very little doubt they were involved in some way).

Had this come out just after the Oprah interview and before Netflix it would have been much more damaging.

Twitter can be an echo chamber (but I do follow a lot of Americans who have been very pro-Sussex up till now), and my Tiktok feed is pretty open from both "camps", as is my Insta...but the overall view seems to see this a damp squib. Most are saying H&M had to be involved, and that it's just H taking it out on Camilla, and M being jealous of C. The whole "error" in foreign versions is just seen as a way to get the names out accidently on purpose.

The usual Sussex fans have been very quiet and the neutrals are pretty over it - "sh*t or get off the pot" seems to be the point I've heard most, a lot of people are fed up with the faux coyness of the Sussexes.

It does seem strange though - if this was an actual early draft the Dutch translator got it's been written very weirdly. It's the thing everyone has been talking about since Oprah - and it's buried in a couple of paragraphs and there's no build up or follow through? What author would do that? Or publisher? Kind of like it's just a deliberate "oops", didn't mean to say that, oh well...

I'm just watching it now. Backpedalling much. Looks to me that he has bitten off more than he can chew. He didn't speak directly to Meghan but spoke to her communications officer. Hmm. Not me Guv. So here’s the update according to Scobie. He never submitted a copy with names, he is investigating the error and he isn’t using the term racist but ‘unconscious bias’. So there is no royal racist according to the author himself and he hasn’t confirmed if the ones accused are the people alluded to.

I didn't watch all of it as I had to leave. Dermot seemed very well prepared and keen not to let him off the hook. I guess he couldn't be really aggressive as TM isn't that kind of programme. OS is a silly self important little shit and a dishonest one.

On Oprah Meghan said the conversation was with Harry. Now Scobie seemed to,say the conversation was between the two named and not with Harry. Who leaked. At least this all means the pair are unkely to be back in the royal fold any time soon.

So how did Harry even know about it if the conversation wasn’t with him 🤔

He can deny inserting the names but he can't deny writing a spiteful and banal book which amplifies Meghan's 'truth'.
