Perceptions will vary base on our experiences - but I think commonwealth countries with head of state in common and similar parliamentary systems are going to understand more than say USA citizen - because if affects them more and it's a system with more commonalities.
Apparently Yes Minister India version played well because we left a similar system in place after we got kicked out.
I only recently learned about Malaysia the only country to operate under a rotational constitutional monarchy - I've no idea how that operates in practise.
There a lot of you tubers who live in different countries to where they were raised and they point out how much is context driven - stuff many don't question till they see people not doing it or get asked why.
