Recently spotted at a TSwift (allegedly), Barbie movie for her birthday, a restaurant, and then hanging out with friends in an Instagram selfie. She looks phenomenal in this photo! Glad to see she's enjoying her life back home with her family. I don't recall saying they were a Hollywood unknown. I said they are paying WME a lot of money to escalate their status in Hollywood,(that being a large part of WMEs job) but you seemed to be saying that they were wasting their money because the couple were already there.. I think even MM would disagree with you on that😁. What person wanting to work up to A list celebrity status would turn down an opportunity, to mingle with the Hollywood 'elite'? It's exactly the reason they were at the Kevin Costner fundraising event, which as it happened ended up being dubbed 'microphone gate' and was yet another example of a PR disaster🤦‍♀️.

You said Meghan and Harty needed their "Hollywood status" pushed and are doing this by...making donations and going to fundraisers. I disagree.

Also, I haven't heard of microphone gate. Seems you would only have heard of it if you're into reading gutter sources like the Daily Fail because it's not anywhere else. But not sure what that has to do with Public Relations? I don't think you understand what Public relations means (or disasters)

Actually, reading the email from ‘penguin random house’ to someone at ‘Archewell’ with the ‘school rep’ cc’d in: The publishing house is asking for tent vendor recommendations and they are looking into cushions rugs (to furnish the tent Meghan read to the kids in)etc.. so no, school not asked to supply nice new cushions.

Its available to read in the Daily mail’s article if you can stand to, but I couldn’t copy and paste the actual email (although the DMs somewhat misleading summations were able to be copied (imagine that!). The names of everyone in the email/the people I mentioned, are on the email obviously too.

I’m Never going to DM site again. It jumps around on my screen, and I kept getting taken to different stories.

so, the latest on Meghan being spotted out and about is hilarious!

Turns out Harry "no-mates" and "desperate attention-seeker" Meghan visited Eugenie and Jack in PORTUGAL after Invictus until Sept 20, and the UK tabloids / press are only just finding out!

They are evidently furious that H&M continue to play whack-a-mole with them, even having the audacity to fly back VIA THE UK (Heathrow) on Sept 20 without any of the tabloids knowing, despite them being desperately on the lookout so they can generate days of articles and 'body language expert' and 'lip-reader' analyses, and 'royal expert interviews' and and and...

Not to mention the visit with Eugenie contradicting the tabloid "no mates" narrative (well, OK, they have mates, so "no royal mates", but they seem to have those too, so... grrrrrr...)

Off topic a bit, but I think Wendell Pierce is a wonderful actor.. Besides playing Meghan’s Dad in Suits, he first came to my attention when he played ‘Bunk’ in The Wire. . But he’s also been in so many great movies, like ‘Ray’, ‘Malcom X’ ‘The Gift’ and more that I can’t think of right now. I knew he’d been nominated for a Tony but just found out he was also nominated for The Laurence Olivier Award. (Meghan was in excellent company).

I agree, he's a great actor!

Thanks for that - when many people were trying to make the release story be a thing a couple of days ago - I read articles in the Sun and the Mirror which both paraphrased the emails but both mentioned being barred from an event by name and both mentioned that this was despite it being a public venue. I felt that this was the primary issue but left it. I noticed that for all intents and purposes - UK media have been frozen out as evidenced by the reporting around Harry arrival and departure from the UK around the period of time of Well Child (the press being caught on the hoof by Harry's appearance at Windsor when they thought he'd already left) and now this visit with Eugenie and actually stopping off in the UK then finding out after the fact confirms it. The Mail (god love me - twice in one day ugh) reports on it but interesting how on the same article they link to the article again with the lede being that Meghan asked for new cushions, carpet and outdoor space to match Meghan's aesthetic.

Again - this is so incredibly frustrating but shows just how as they say a lie will be halfway around the world before the truth catches up.

Ah Portugal! So no fashion stalking for us then.

It's nice Harry and Meghan got to visit their family and meet Eugenie and Jack's newest addition. I wonder if they'll be living in Portugal for a long time
