The disappearance of the superfans seems to have coincided with Megs and Hazza announcing they r taking a step back from the media.

I wonder if Megs, Omid and Harry have made a group decision to delete their Mumsnet accounts! Or maybe Harry's just a bit busy with his kids birthday and all the court business, to be posting on these threads!! 🤔😁

I've met one or two on the Philip Schofield threads 😉The young man involved also has the initials MM which can blow some minds.

And Harry Windsor is HW! Holly W and MM become Harry W and MM!! 😁😁😁 And damn Omid!! One letter out from PS!! You couldn't make it up!!! 😉😉

Annoying thing is I don't think anyone here has ever made a racist remark that warranted the rabid support for the couple. Even with Harry's court cases which I would normally be very supportive of I view with scepticism because of the hypocrisy of standing up against media intrusion into your privacy but blowing apart your family's privacy and sitting silently while your wife tells blatant lies against them is very poor behaviour

Just catching up after work, while watching C4 news.

The gist of their reporting was it's nit a good idea to piss off the person deciding on the outcome of your case.

I'm kind of not surprised/surprised - I've understood he's arrogant, but this is just ridiculous. And being late because you chose to have a 2yo birthday party is no excuse at all. Every working parent has had to plan parties that don't fall on the day. Why didn't they have it the day before??

It's an insulting excuse to use, and just shows how out of touch he is with how normal people have to deal with and plan their lives.

He's ballsing up his case with his stupid decisions.

In which he'll contend that he had a right to a seat at the table when the scheduling of this court case was determined because it concerned him (per RAVEC). I bet he's moaning that nobody asked him for his input on whether he could make it on Monday, that this is further proof that he's a victim of other people's decisions and he just wants to get out and take full control over his life.

You think he's an idiot, and then he does something like this to demonstrate he's an even bigger idiot than you imagined. The NY Times reported that he landed on Monday, and was dealing with jet lag. So he's actually been in the UK all day, asleep!

To think that you can bring a claim in country x, see it go to court in country x, and expect the court/judge/lawyers to make accommodation for the fact that you live in a different country. I honestly can't imagine anyone else who would do this. People turn up on time (pretty much every famous trial, ever) or don't turn up at all, or drop their claims to avoid the spectacle (RF). It's jaw-dropping, really, the contempt he has for others and the lack of understanding he has for how the world works.

Harry shoukd have been there. The judge will be annoyed. But I doubt it will have that much if any impact because the judge has to be fair.

I've just read David Sherbournes statement over Diana's and Barrymores letters. If that's the nature of their evidence, it seems very tenuous. To say the papers only knew about their meeting because they were hacked seems an overstretch loads of people will have been involved and who knows who MB spoke to. To then say that Piers Morgan heard rumours because they were hacked doesn't really follow. Is MB going to be giving evidence? Is there a witness list, does anyone know?

I think he's probably got off on the wrong foot by not being available from the date he should have been. I mean, it probably won't make any material difference, but it looks dreadful

It's pretty weird that more than one poster disappeared based on the events, though. Has to be more to it than that.

Perhaps one poster was writing a book and all the others were employed to generate controversy to ensure there was enough content? 🤔

What was the incident? Can I please be pm’ed too? A long time lurker, and have been chased off and told off by the squad on these threads when I’ve posted under another name! Still can’t quite believe they haven’t returned 😂

I also feel like I missed something! I know that one of them had a message deleted, and it all went quiet, but no idea what it was.
