I don't think that would happen - it would be seen as extremely petty since his wife and children are American and for all that he is irritating, PH is not a threat to society.

Well I'm not saying it's going to be popular, but I very much doubt that America would bar him entry on account of it. I'm not saying they'd be wrong to - if you want to move to another country then you have to obey their rules. And those rules should apply across the board - as has been pointed out, plenty of drug using pop stars have been allowed to reside in the USA!
It would cause a massive diplomatic incident, just to make a point. In the end, Harry is not a danger to American society.

Can you blame any of the royals for not wanting to see Harry while he's here? If they don't see him he can't publicise what was said or, more likely, make stuff up.
