I've caught a few items on the news about this pair. They seem to be ramping up their public presence in a rather strange way. Salacious and attention seeking. What is going on?

But we are still paying them the same amount of money. What is the point if they do very little?

That's not the case, if there are fewer working royals then overall they will be receiving less money? Like redundancy in a company, you wouldn't say the workers left were doing less work for the same amount of money would you? In all likely hood the ones left end up with more work than before (W&K) not less.

They will receive the same amount of money, although the security bill should reduce as there are less Royals going to public engagements. But the cash they are given will remain the same amount.

At the moment the money for all the working royals goes to the Monarch to give out. That pot will stay exactly the same or increase.
It is a good wheez. Slim done the monarchy by doing less work for the same amount of cash.

And that is it. That is their hard work so far this year.

I agree the crotch one is 😳 and Anne has probably text her asking how pissed she was. They're not really kissing with tongues out are they. She's puckered up and he's stuck his tongue out at her. It's not like they're necking on the balcony with his hand up her frock.

I really don't get the burgundy thing. When me, my sisters, mum and gran meet up we've frequently made an "ooh look" matching comment without any planning whatsoever in that at least 2 out of 5 of us will be wearing something of a similar shade, before you add any kids into the mix.

Added to which the fact that it's a coming out of mourning colour and its a very popular colour for Christmas/winter coats anyway (shades of miranda priestly "burgundy....for christmas....groundbreaking") and I really don't get it.

If they were wearing bright orange or something mayyyybe but even then its a stretch! Pippa isn't even a member of the royal family so would be exempt from "the rules" anyway so the story is "2 out of 7 female adults in a family wore the same (very popular) colour coat at the same time." Which is a non story.

I think there are pictures of H and M trying hard not to laugh as he droned on and on, Z and M weren't the only ones by any means, I was half expecting to hear the Duke of Edinburgh loudly muttering 'Oh for God's sake!'.

Post these photos of Harry and Meghan then? I have never seen that.
I too think some of the Royal Family were incredibly disrespectful. I go to church and have sat through some long sermons, it does not mean you laugh, and especially not at a wedding.

As for the wedding, was also watching it agog at home wondering when he was going to stop wittering on! It was so OTT for a royal wedding. H&M were laughing - the others were at least trying to control themselves!

Yes, I've just read that link, and can't see where it says laughing along is part and parcel?!
It says the singers do when the first one to run out of breath doing it, not that the audience do.
As for Zara pulling incredulous faces at the minister yes it must be because she's pregnant and therefore probably something like she's peed her pants, or given herself.a wedgie. 🙄🤣
