Where is Meghan?

I haven't seen hide-nor-hair of Meghan since the book release which is uncharacteristic of her. Even with the Montecito floods there was no news. So I'm wondering how this is playing out? Happiness or anger behind closed doors?

The Royal Pudding episode wasn’t mocking K&W personally though, it was poking fun at ridiculous royal traditions. So the satire was directed at the institution, not the individuals, in that case.

I too think she is pregnant; pregnancy announcement on Coronation Day?

Also I wonder if the tomato shortage will be prolonged till after May….

If the royal family publicly apologised they could pretend it was all their fault, do a bit of publicity saying they forgive them, were now going to lead the monarchy and teach them how to behave, and it was all worth it as they have seen the error of their ways, and front up at the coronation

I think think the accusations are not defending them in the media, leaking stories about them, not getting Meghan a therapist, not wanting to financially support them, not letting them do their hybrid model of earning money and doing only the engagements they wished, shouting at him and telling lies about him in front of the queen, William breaking his necklace and pushing him in the dog bowl, Kate making Meghan cry, and making them live in the little cottage when frogmore was being done up.

Me too…I think if Charles ordered it he might though. I very much doubt Charles would. It’s very clear though the key issue is harry is deeply envious of Williams position, resents being second born, and Meghan is also envious as Kate gets to be queen and she won’t.

I don’t think Charles can order anything . Harry is a free agent now.

I think she's referring to Charles instructing William to apologise.

To those positing that H&M will get booed you may have forgotten the #notmyking protests - I fully expect them to increase as the Coronation gets near - indeed it may become a lightning rod for many differing disaffections growing in the country.

The Royal Pudding episode was very much directed at William personally at the time of his wedding to Kate because of the well-known rumours at that time that he enjoys pegging.

How does someone thinking H&M may get booed, mean they have forgotten some people don’t like the RF?

I think there were about 20 protesters - anti M &H are in the thousands but I hope both sides behave as it’s going to be a joyous day. And we do need a little happiness.

I read that she also was away from the public eye for 18 months after leaving the UK - but there was still daily speculation about where she was/what was she doing plus a lot of misinformation in the press/sm. 🙄. Kind of like now. 😉. And that’s apparently why they did the Oprah interview.

There seems to be some joyous glee if they dare to show their faces then they will face the wrath of the crowd. Since he is Charles son and obviously loved by him one would hope that any supposed royalist wouldn't have the temerity to descend to such pettiness.

They don’t need to be booed- one look at the polls should tell them all they need to know

You can think Harry would be booed AND know that not everyone likes Charles and will protest against the coronation.

You can think that some people may boo Harry but support Charles. Or boo them all.

You can believe H&M would actively avoid something they would may be booed at. and know Charles maybe booed as well.

Thinking H&M may get booed and want to avoid it, doesn’t mean you think everyone loves Charles or the idea of the royal family.

Here is what is funny. I am seeing articles that quote "sources say" Meghan is (upset, angry, pregnant) and I laugh. Definitely not palace sources anymore. Just sources.

It is just more of the media making up and assigning thoughts and emotions to Meghan in order to sell papers.

I do wonder if those protesting they don't want a royal family ever consider the alternative? All very well chanting and holding up cardboard placards, while pushing prams or being bent over double with the weight of a rucksack, but being a republic with a president is less of an ideal prospect, and I'm old enough to have seen countries with presidents flounder with corruption, scandal, war and assassinations! Royal families are by far the lesser of two evils and bring in tourism. Apart from the White House and Kremlin can anyone name another world President's residence ?
