Are we all going to sidestep the fact that 'gold digger' Meghan was paying for everything.

She was paying for heaters, lights and sofas. You name it.
All the while we are being fed that she is a 'gold digger' who has come into a privileged family.

She paid for her wedding dress too, didn't she? And her engagement dress. Presumably not full price but still an insane amount of money. People don't want her to have nice things or a nice life.

On here anyway I've seen a lot more criticism of Harry, despite his inheritance and income from Charles, being a notorious tightwad.

Weird that as soon as she joined the RF she never saw her credit card, passport or keys again. She said it was all confiscated so she couldn’t go anywhere. We knew that was a lie anyway but now he’s confirmed it. And what millionaire lets his gf pay for everything. And goes on telly and tells everyone. The narrative he’s pushing is that she had to because he was so hard done by, but we know he had millions in his own right so he’s lying. Also sofa.com don’t do second hand.

I wonder if he was not living on his army retirement money. He definitely seems to have been unable to access his money and it was 'controlled', I would think - since he was young when he received any inheritance, presumably someone else had to sign it off (quite a way to financially control him).

What I don’t get about this is he’s himself a multi, multi millionaire. Why is she putting anything on a credit card? Did he just not want to pay for himself? I do not get it.

I wonder if the “we can’t afford to support another person” was actually more of a conversation about the Crown not supporting Harry’s family as he slips down the order of succession? I thought I’d read that Charles did personally support them financially in the first few years out of his private money.

Harry had received millions from his mums estate but couldn’t spring for some furniture to their taste. So instead, his wife who was supposedly self-made and must have had money from Suits etc, had to get budget furniture on a credit card no less as she had no money otherwise?

Absolutely none of this makes any sense and shows their narrative is far removed from reality.

But why could they only afford the test/second hand furniture? Neither of them had enough money to pay for a full price sofa, or furniture other than Ikea if you believe that. How is that?
