What next for Prince Harry & Meghan ?

I hope after the trauma & troubles of Harry that this is a new chapter and renaissance for him.

I can see Meghan and Harry hosting an annual ‘Met - style’ Gala/high brow event in Diana’s honour with a listers, red carpets and music performances. Donating the proceeds of the televised coverage to mental health research at a big Ivy League university or some other big cause & using the event and celebrity power to end the stigma

I can see Harry abs Meghan doing what they’ve done with Invictus - something really substantial that makes a huge difference.

I don’t truly know what exactly the Royal do and I read royal news - I know Kate does early years etc but not what they’re doing beyond promoting and visiting places.

I can see a Meghan & Harry really doing something global and substantial and hitting the ground running.

I see the royals getting stale with the new streamlined Royal not getting headlines. It’ll be tricky with no lesser royals to generate scandals and glamour, weddings and babies and leave the main players to look aloof, above being Human and immortal.

what do you predict for the next chapter of royals and Harry Meghan ?

I predict a Four Weddings and a Funeral style Harry and Meghan: The Movie, and a range of chicken-based cookbooks and Saturday morning cooking show.

Divorce and custody battle, selling stories along the way of course.

I think it’s going to be very high brow and floods of Meghan in couture just like the Ripple Of Hope Award

If they want to resurrect their careers and regal status then couture is the answer

God I hope not.

I keep wondering about this. I feel that they both need to lay low and out of any limelight for a while and just enjoy their family. I do believe Harry has some trauma to work through and I believe that Meghan is a nurturing person and will support him through that. I hope they surround themselves with good friends and family who really care.
I hope they come out the other side in a year or two, stronger and balanced.
I hope the scummy critical journos leave them alone.

I hope that they will find peace and be able to get on with living their best life.

What they should do? A fuckton of trauma therapy.

What will happen moving forward? Divorce at some point within the next decade if not sooner. The divorce rate for 2nd marriages is around 65% in the US and higher still if both parties have divorced parents.

I wish them well. I'd love to see them both use their energy for brilliant things but there's so much anger there.

The next milestone will be the Meghan book and she will hit the circuit again and the whole circus will roar into life once more (sigh). Harry will be working on book 2 with his ghostie and the media will be in a total frenzy of willthey/won't they re the Coronation(they won't).

In reply to the OP, I'm not sure how they might do really substantial global things in the future now Harry's put a massive target on all of their backs for the Taliban.

If she is genuinely difficult I think down the line she’ll annoy someone who will leak a story and all this will blow back again.

Harry will continue to periodically mid sling from afar. I see him somewhat like Beckhams eldest. He’s minted but adrift. They both need to find their niche in life so hopefully he’ll do some useful charitable work.

I foresee people buying Hello, Grazia as ever and flicking through the pages of celeb news because it’s human nature to watching what is happening down the road in the village. Maybe if the RF grow stale that will be good for them as people see their position as primarily constitutional so if that could somehow be regarded as a separate entity then they might have more freedom in the way they live their lives.

I doubt they will do anything like you suggest, it would be a disaster, no one wants to be linked with them now. They are highly contentious and all the a listers they were romancing have distanced themselves .

it is also being rumoured that Netflix will quietly kill their deal and it’s highly unlikely Spotify will do anything further past the current podcasts.

i think you haven’t grasped how distasteful their behaviour is being found. And how highly contentious they now are and how many celebs have distanced themselves, from Oprah to the clooneys. George even told an interviewer recently there was no friendship

There may be a few big charities supported, possibly trips abroad (similar to royal tours) lots of glitz and glamor. Meghan may take a movie role or two, they may get their own talk show ?

Since this book has done so well, I think Harry will be urged to bring out a follow-up asap to capitalise on the success. It will clearly need to include more juicy revelations .

Meghan will be biding her time to publish her book -,it will either be a play for politics or another rf hatchet job depending on her and H’s popularity.

I can see them doing a few awards ceremonies -even the Oscars - as H&M are a big draw at the moment .

What next? For H, slow, dawning realisation that when William becomes King - and he will, because the UK is a while away from being a republic unfortunately - he’s fooked.

M will wake up one day and realise how exhausting it all is living in another person’s soup of jealousy and bow out to form her own household.

What on earth will fill Meghan’s memoirs? I thought she was an actress before she met Harry. She can’t rehash the dog bowl and bridesmaid dress stories surely. What’s going in there?

I think this is the most likely scenario.

It would be nice if they could live a quieter life and concentrate on their mental health and children but I can't see it happening as they both seem to enjoy the drama too much.

Dicorce and lots of hlpublic mud slinging and he said she said stories seems almost inevitable.

I think your idea would of been great and they could even still have done that after the opera interview and even after the first half of the Netflix series but between the second half, the three interviews and the book, I think everyone’s just getting a bit sick of them. It’s too much. Even if they were entirely honest and all of what they said is fully accurate, they could have said it once and not the same story on repeat. I think for me the point when I just couldn’t take anymore was when he turned his interview with Tom from itv into a lecture about unconscious bias after he’d asked a fully expected question. If they’d just shown us a tiny bit of their lives everyone would be desperate for more but I don’t feel like there’s much left to see or hear now 🙈 and I used to really like him
