From what he has said, Harry like the simplicity of village life and the outdoor pursuits. He said he had dreamed of living there and raising Archie in that climate and with the experience of the way of life there. Of all the Royal Family, for generations before, he is probably the one who has loved the continent the most.

Megan seems to like luxury and famous friends. They aren't on the same page with their goals.

Meghan is like Diana, in that respect. Diana liked yacht holidays, shopping for designer goods and being seen with A list people. Harry is more like his Dad - into the countryside and conservation.

All this conflict H and M are wrapped up in does, for now, give them a shared experience and bond.

Meghan on the other hand was busy cooking complicated and extensive dishes of diverse cultures, Uganda, Russia, Morocco, Iraq, Egypt etc and then published a successful cookery book with the Grenfell women. wow you are quite the fan of MM! Given this is mumsnet tho, don't you think it odd that MM has no relationship with anyone in her family other than her mother (and remember she was raised mostly by her white father) and since they got married, Harry has no relationship with his family other than to try to destroy them. They also seem to have very few friends and are heavily motivated by money. We also know a lot about what she has done for charity because she makes sure to promote and exaggerate her work. The Oprah interview was the first attempt. After that they had to keep pushing and escalate it. It’s not working.

Thats the whole reason he back tracked and claiming they never said the RF was racist and it was the British media. Except Meghan said it was about ‘skin colour’ and also agreed with Oprah that decisions were made based on her (and therefore) the child’s skin colour. They even accepted an award that was, in part, given for highlighted racisim within the RF. The also never clarified, via Oprah, that they were not claiming the RAF were racist. Even though Oprah came out to clarify that Neither The Queen or Prince Phillip made the comments about their child’s skin colour.

I am mixed race. If I believed Dps family were racist and said so publicly (with his backing) and Dp then went telling people they aren’t racist and I never said it and it was made up by another party (in this case the British Press), I would leave him. It’s a huge thing to back track on. But Harry needed to, in another attempt to get what he wants.

I agree with @Strawberries2023 Meghan is not new to charity projects, not self promotion but media clickbait promoted as they need every scrap of info on her to sell papers. The RF don't have that power and the likes of the DM must be pig sick they've lost their money stream so they have to spend their time making up ghastly comparison articles between her and Kate and any other old shit.
