@jeffgoldblum - I think the Archbishop of Canterbury inter alia might dispute Meghan has documents to back up everything she said - & I do not imagine he is a man who would easily tell an untruth.

Absolute rubbish! Anyone with half a brain who watched him on Netflix can see that he has serious mental health issues! He's clearly mentally unstable just like his mother also was!

Are you saying I have half a brain? I didn't see that he had serious mental health issues. He is processing trauma and loss yes.

AutumnCrow · 02/01/2023 15:24

justasking111 · 02/01/2023 15:21

Didn't see the Netflix thing so no idea what his mental health is like. A lot is down to editing so who knows

They talk about it a lot themselves in their various pieces of output. It's not posters making assumptions out of nowhere.

LydiaBennetsUglyBonnet · 02/01/2023 15:25

I only watched the first 3 episodes, found it too boring to watch the rest, but he didn’t ‘clearly’ have MH issues. The only thing that’s clear about PH is that he’s really dim and believes he’s never in the wrong

TidyDancer · 02/01/2023 15:26

I think he's a very damaged man who was desperate to hang onto this woman because so many women in his life have left him, from his mother to all his previous girlfriends. M is vastly more intelligent than him and likely understands the power she holds in this relationship. He is not smart enough to realise his own mental state or to get help for it from the right people.

It's a sad state of affairs really,

LizzieSiddal · 02/01/2023 15:29

Anyone who’s watched Harry for the last 10 years can see he’s still processing huge trauma. He needs the right sort of help and support which will allow him to process all of this.

AutumnCrow · 02/01/2023 15:29

Inkanta · 02/01/2023 15:07

We'll see. Will feed back what I think after I've read it. I expect those who don't read it will want to find out on these threads.

I'd be very interested to read various posters' reviews on this board. I very much enjoy reading a good book review.

ArcaneWireless · 02/01/2023 15:31

I do think his problem with the institution would not have been such a problem if he had been born first.

I may have imagined this but sure Barry has said William told him to get therapy and he did - maybe in the Diana at 20 years death documentary? Or maybe when they launched Heads Together. He has had a hell of a lot more support and opportunity than 99.9% of people, it’s interesting how it doesn’t seem to have worked though.

Rockybooboo · 02/01/2023 15:32

I wonder if he's going to explain why his family have so many links to paedophiles?

LydiaBennetsUglyBonnet · 02/01/2023 15:32

Harry not Barry 🤣

to a very large extent I agree with this.

problem is I think MM is also quite damaged and they feed off each others' insecurities and grievances and it simply is not healthy.

I can't see any of it ending well.

Applesonthelawn · 02/01/2023 15:34

It's a train wreck and both painful and compulsive to watch. It will be a textbook case studied by psychiatrists for years to come. The Behaviour Panel have done very interesting reviews on Youtube. It's hard to imagine how this can end well for him. And no-one's fault but their own.

This

Do shut up Harry

You are no longer beloved...

And yet it posters didn't keep making threads about them ,and reading and believing the endless daily mail articles about them maybe they would fade into.obscurity ,quite ironic really ......

I do think his problem with the institution would not have been such a problem if he had been born first.

Nor would it have been such a problem if The Queen had allowed the half in/ half out arrangement.

Lockupyourbiscuits · 02/01/2023 15:35

Harry is just making everything worse
If private conversations are in the book there is no way back
He can never be trusted

If he wanted his brother or father back there is no way this book would be written
He is very angry and I’m sure he does feel very low
Its very sad and I can’t see how this will create and sort of meaningful future for him

Estrangements are known to run in families
For the sake of his children he needs to stop

how can a well-oiled, funded and staffed institution like the Royal family ever be the victims! I think the Royal Family could have easily protected H &M

Yes - he's challenging the press and the palace/royal family and he wants accountability. He's not got it yet. He's every right to challenge the whole system because he lost his mum - she was only 36, and then his wife gets hounded and is not protected by the royal family.

His mum died because she wasn’t wearing a seat belt and was being driven by an inebriated chauffeur in Paris in the middle of the night. It was very shocking and unfortunate but Harry is exploiting his mother now for clicks and cash.

Inkanta · 02/01/2023 14:59

Wouldn't you? I can't wait - bring on 10th January. I'm saving up for it.

I really don’t think you will have to save for long , I believe Tesco is going to sell it for £8 .

Applesonthelawn · 02/01/2023 15:39

I agree with posters upthread who say he never believes he is in the wrong, or shares any responsibility for the breakdown in relations, and that he is frighteningly dim. He had the resources and the support from William to sort himself out, but not the intelligence or the ability to self-reflect. Meghan has capitalised on all that, with at least a reasonable level of awareness of what she was doing.

jeffgoldblum · 02/01/2023 15:40

BasiliskStare · 02/01/2023 15:23

I think you've confused me with someone else?

BethJ62 · 02/01/2023 15:40

@Inkanta

Who hounded Meghan ? Unlike Diana and Kate I have never seen any photos of Meghan being surrounded by paps ? She had security from early on.

BellePeppa Diana was hounded and not protected. Meghan was hounded and not protected. A pattern.

No one needs the DM to form an opinion on these two - they dish it up “unfiltered” direct from the horses mouth, via numerous interviews on TV and in print, podcasts, docuseries and books - over the last 3 years.

People can watch how their words, attitudes, values and behaviours align or collide “unfiltered” and are left with their own personal impression formed of them over time.

Good grief no! Zero interested in reading it. I didn’t read that Freedom book or watch the O interview or the NF saga. No need as I know what they’re all about - which is an endless supply of self pity and complaining. So no I won’t be reading it but you get stuck in 😁
